First one was preliminarily ruled a suicide but the investigation remains open because he wasn't suicidal. He was also in the middle of giving his depositions on Boeings retaliation to him bringing safety concerns.

Second more recent was a middle aged healthy man who developed a strange and sudden infection. He was also just about to testify against Boeing to the FAA.

Obviously two more COVID deaths. Suicide and strange sudden infections are symptoms leading up to a COVID death so the root cause of death is clearly COVID. They should have updated their booster shots.

Boeing got some big contracts 6 months ago and things were looking up for American aviation manufacturing. Then chit started falling apart. Literally. Workers started coming out that safety was being ignored and the evidence followed shortly after. The max crashes were their fault for not training pilots correctly on the system in order to save money. Also, the stupidity of not having a redundant system possibly also profit-motivated.

That's what was often slangly referred to( in the 80's) as an :
