Made by Don Pepin Garcia, this time-honored brand is burning better than ever. Upon first glance, the dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper commands your attention with its oily sheen. Beneath this leaf, a bold mixture of aged, Cuban-seed long-fillers grown from the black and fertile soils of Nicaragua resides. This combination is then further aged after rolling, creating a skillfully balanced bouquet of robust and satisfying flavors. The smoke is zesty throughout, enveloping the palate with rich, earthy nuances tamed by a deep series of smooth tobacco flavors. La Aroma de Cuba is medium to full in body, issuing long-lasting flavors that coat the taste buds but never overwhelm, imparting a rewarding experience that tastes even better than it looks.
