The new, 90-rated Cuenca y Blanco is handcrafted in the Joya de Nicaragua factory - the first release which combines the talents of Dr. Alejandro Martínez Cuenca and José Blanco. To create this blend, a golden Ecuadorian Habano wrapper overlays an interesting blend of long-fillers from Nicaragua (Ometepe and Esteli) plus a touch of Peru and a Dominican Piloto Cubano binder. This combination creates a unique profile that's brimming with notes of oak, earth, espresso, leather, nuts and an almost wine-like finish. Medium-bodied, creamy-smooth, and loaded with flavor.
