Just cracked open the Dickel Barrel Select for pre-game warmup. 1st Impressions, sweet, with a little bite to it. caramel...very good. It will take a bit more sampling to decide if it's $39 good. Film at 11.

Got some in but just enough to wet my whistle. Supposed to rain tonight and with the wind we're still having, might blow into the garage. Maybe I should have just braved the wind and smoked a PCR or BF last night. d'oh!

Hoping for a big year out of Kolten.

I got a bottle of Glenlivet 15 yesterday. Never had it, gonna try it this afternoon.

I went to Bevmo to get a bottle of Balvenie doublewood... and what was once $42 a bottle had jumped to $58. WTF?? The Glenlivet 15 was on sale for $49.99, and I haven't tried it. My old standby, Macallan 12, went from $40 to $48 as well.

Did the English invade Scotland again?!?! Frying pan
