Just got my best score ever, or as far as I remember. I've gotten one here and there but NEVER thought I would have a whole box at one time, and, for what I paid for them I should have grabbed the others but didn't and by the time I got back to the seller, they were gone. I'm still kicking my ass!

The box of cigars?

Probably 4-5 years ago a competitor had found some old Oliva Blue banded O's and put them up for sale. Think I paid around $125 each for two boxes. Still wish I would have bought more boxes, but they were a serious PITA to store with that toilet-seat box shape. Got one or two sticks left, may need to pull them out soon and reminisce with my favorite cigar.

One of them would be today. Just scored an unopened box of Anejo Sharks today for less than $14 a cigar. Box price was salty but actually getting a full box of Sharks was NICE.
Tried to resist but the devil on my left shoulder won. Knew once those hit the shelf they were gone in a heart beat.

Just received a box of Tat Havana IV Hermosos for $61.00. I don't know if it's my best but I'm pretty happy with it.

My newest best score?

I was just posting here on the Forum and I got winning bids...all in total of 7 boxes, 2 lighters, an ashtray and 1 desktop humidor...and I didn't even have to bid!

Of course I wasn't even charged for said items.

No, didn't snipe.(Not that there's anything wrong with that.) It sat at that price for over 24 hours. Lucky timing.

Back in '12, I found an auction site that had almost no traffic. Over a period of a month, I accumulated ten 5 packs of PAM64 Exclusivos for between $25 - $29 ea. I also picked up a box of Flor de las Antillas Robs for $54 and a box of Hemmingway Maduros for $100. Oh, and 4 boxes of Undercrown Toros for under $80 each.

About 2 years ago, another site was experiencing light traffic. Picked up LX2 Toros for $1.10, Fuente samplers for under $1.50 per cigar, assorted 601s for as little as $1.20, assorted Crowned Heads for $2, boxes of MF 1922 Torps for $130, etc., etc. Though my best score there was the 7 Perdamo samplers I picked up for $5 ea. Each sampler included 4 of Nicks higher end sticks and a $50 Bugatti lighter.

Opps, almost forgot about the $1.50 La Palina Classics and $1.90 La Palina Blacks & Reds I picked up a couple months ago.

There are probably even better ones then those, but I can't remember them all.

Back when I was fairly new to CBid, I won all 7 boxes (the entire auction) of DE Medusas for $3 per box.
These things today, if you can find them, go for $16+ per box.
I won so many of these that I had enough empty boxes to build a doghouse for my puppy !
