I have a few boxes from 2007; Morado and Pepin Cuban Classics. I don't think I have anything older than that. Possibly the Anejo Shark I got from Carl.

Have about a half a box left of Hoyo cc's from 2000. Smoked through my '98's at the end of last year.

1982 Cerdan from AR.

Without the sticks he bombed me with, a late 2013 la Gloria cubana.... I didn't know about rest or aging until about a month ago.

Tat Frank from 2008. I don't deserve to have this stick, but somebody sent it to me thinking that I was worthy. The joke is on them.

A few mixed cuban cigars from 97, a few from 2000, and quite a few between 2003-2005. I have no Idea about the noncubans. Probably a bunch between 2002- 2005, the years I most actively bid on the auctions here.

I would recommend that you smoke that Cerdan. With that much age, I would suspect that it will be pretty dang mellow now. They were originally a full bodied cigar and with about a $5 price point back in '82, it would have been a quality stick. Smoke it while you can still enjoy the flavor it has to give. It's only going to get milder at this point.

I think I might still have one of those cerdans kicking around from when everyone was bombing each other with them. I'll probably never get around to smoking it though. Past that, I think I might have a few VR cassicos from 01 left, but if those are gone I know I have some Edmundos from '05.

My grandfather was an avid cigar smoker since the age of 15, and stopped when he was in his seventies. He passed when he was eighty-five, in 1992. I have an unbanded, glass-tubed cigar from his effects. I know it's not high end, he was partial to Connecticut cigars - Toppers, Muniemakers, Stremmies. But it sits in my humidor for a special day. A wedding, a birth, whenever the time is right. I'd guess it was purchased in the '70s or early '80s. It's out of the tube now, and no matter the quality, it will be fantastic.

I have a Don Lino "sampler" that I got from PPP a few years ago.
On the box is written, "Purchased from Famous Smoke Shop, 2000. Ready 5-03"

I also have 5 or 6 assorted CC's from 2006-2008 laying around.

DD, I wish you'd started this thread before I went to the Post Office on Friday. I have a number of very old cigars that I bought from an old cbidder. Most were probably lower end when new and may not have benefitted at all from age.....then again, I really have no idea. I have little desire to smoke them - I was just trying to help a guy out who got into a tough spot.... but I've been hanging onto them in case someone wanted to give them an honest shot. If you or anyone else wants to try them and post their impressions or reviews, I'll mail them. Pre-boom, boom, post-boom......I think all are more than ten years old and some may be over 20. DD, I've still got your address - if you want them, they're yours.

They're yours. Should get them out Tues or Wed. I say 'should', because if I don't, it'll be a couple weeks. I'm serious, though.....don't get your hopes up....I wouldn't be surprised if there's one gem and 10 dogs.

You asked so don't laugh, I have a Tampa Nugget that is 62 plus years old in my humi. It was a stick that my dad gave my great uncle when I was born. My uncle gifted it to me when I was 18 and I put it away and eventually it found it's way into the humi.

Wait, is a Tampa Nugget considered a cigar?
