B.U. from HI is one sad mother. Completely retarded last I heard. I smoked one of these last year. Very good smoke BUT NOT even close to $28per good. Flavor equals ten bucks, MAYBE.

I have maybe 20 of these on hand left. Would take 24 of these ANY DAY OF THE WEEK over 5 of anything.

I was at a casino last week and forgot my cigars... the gift shop wanted $18 for a macanudo and $25 for the house blend... I would have gladly paid $28 for an FFP... price is relative...

Oh look, a Liga Privada overbid thread. Good to know there are a few things in life you can count on.

No matter how good these are folks on here will bid LPs up beyond retail. And we wonder why the US is in debt to the tune of 17T....no one can do math or understand basic economics.

I don't think you're missing much IMHO. I bought a box of OR and a few straglers to smoke. Wasn't very
impressed at all and will most likely trade the box once I see something I like that someone is trading. I know
tastes are subjective but thruthfully none of the LP stuff deserves the price they're getting.

Just one mans opinion.....

I think the Pigs and the T52's are great. I was lucky to get 5 boxes of pigs a couple years ago for 150 per box.

Laugh $163 for a fiver? That's about $32 per cigar and it ain't even a Cuban or a Padron. Too rich for my blood.

.....this was a $2 cigar here and at C.I. forever. Guess they found a few lying around for a handful of idiots to overbid on.

Brick wall

.....and this HARDLY AVERAGE smoke going for above $30 for five on FREE FALL is the joke of the year. Like an idiot I wasted $29 on a pack of 5 earlier this year. I could list a dozen Habano wrapped cigars sold here for 3 bucks of less that put the regular Padron line to shame.

5-Pack: Cuba Libre One Robusto Lot #1849712 Bid to Win: $35.00

14 hours 46 mins 22 sec

Quantity: 1 (maximum: 1)

1 Winner, 6 Bids Total
Current Winning Bidders

1. JH of North Bend, OR
1 unit, 2 days ago $33.00/ea

Category: 5-Packs
Cigar Size: 5.0" x 52

Everything about Cuba Libre One demands the spotlight. A beautiful, elegant band. A dark and oily Habano-seed ligero wrapper from the fields of Honduras' Jamastran Valley. A searing mixture of aged long-fillers, including Cuban-seed ligeros from Esteli and Condega of Honduras, with even more ligeros from Honduras. Then, its unique use of two full-flavored binders: a zesty Habano from Jalapa, Nicaragua and a hearty Costa Rican leaf. Complex is an understatement here. Cuba Libre One is Cuban-esque to the core, dishing out rich nuances throughout the slow burn. Expertly balanced notes of coffee, earth, pepper, and cream are complemented perfectly by a dee-lish, semi-sweet finish. This cigar is good, real good, and I suggest you try it soon....I'm confident it'll find its way into your regular rotation after just a couple sticks - if not after just one.

I agree, but my math says it comes to $31+ per cigar. I guess to someone who has the bucks this is ok. I don't. Herfing
