Screwed out of SnS Kit by ex-landlord's new tenant!

I'm freakin pissed and going to rant.
I found out yesterday that because I forget to change my physical address in the SnS Club during the chaos of our closing and move into our new home, my SnS Kit was sent by FedEx to my old address. My ex-landlord reamed me out yesterday because his new tenant is pissed over 2 packages that where mistakenly delivered to what is now his address. Samples of a magazine I design where mistakenly delivered to our old home yesterday, and I was "allowed" to drive by the house and pick-up that package. My SnS Kit however was delivered last week, and the new tenant continues to insist he dropped the FedEx package off at our local post office. Why he returned a FedEx package to the Post Office is beyond me?!?! The post office doesn't have it and states if they can't match-up the name with a PO Box they return the package to FedEx. FedEx has no report of the package being refused, or the package being returned to any of their hubs by following the tracking number.

Big, expensive lesson learned. By not paying attention to the SnS board and when the Kits where shipped, and forgetting to change my physical address, I'm screwed out of my SnS Kit. FedEx shows the package as being successfully delivered. It was not refused by the new tenant and FedEx has no tracking of its return, so of course SnS considers the package successfully delivered too.

AAARGH!!!

Cac idk if you saw and you probably dont want to spend more money but they are offering alot of the sns "swag" on the store. Kyle made a thread about it.... just fyi hope they find your package bud

SnS has offered to put another Kit together with whatever they have left and sell it to me. But it won't be a complete Kit and having to pay twice just to get one incomplete Kit bothers the crap out of me!

The new tenant has now changed his story again. Now he says he returned the Kit to the post office because he thought the USPS delivered it. But the USPS does not deliver to your door out here, and is why you have to get a PO Box!!!! And he can't identify who he gave the package to at our PO. There are only 3 people that work there, and they know pretty much everybody that lives here - it's a very small town! What a crock!!!

Not necessary DB. Don't grab a busdriver either because my Maryland addy is no good and I leave for two weeks of vacation tomorrow.

Could not have went to a more deserving BOTL!!!

To be honest with the group, my SnS Kit arrived at FedEx a few days after my confrontation. Although the package was opened & rummaged through, all arrived safe. I could not accept Pro's generosity, and simply followed his instructions. Was happy to pass Pro's gift on.
