I had the decade Cameroon at a event...by far a rocky I would actually pay for. Not a rocky fan at all just stumbled on the event and well it's a lot better then most of his releases. Depending on the msrpid buy a toro for $8 but I doubt that's what he's asking

Lots of awesome smokes at that price and I like the Decade (nh the cammie) and it is nowhere near as the top of my list of the cigars in the $8 range. Now move it down to the $4-$5 range and it gets thought about but still too many.
