(hope I'm listing this in the right area)
Hi ya'all, I've had an account for a while now but I haven't taken the time to introduce myself and get to know ya.
My name's Joe, I'm 40 years old, married, have a 14 year old daughter and am a disabled Veteran. I was a cigarette smoker for 27 years when I started having some trouble breathing when the weather got cold. I'm originally from Indiana. So, I switched to cigars about a year and a half ago full time. I gotta tell ya, I feel a lot better and I'm learning more and more about cigars every day. I think that's what I like so much about the cigar lifestyle....and it is a lifestyle (as far as I'm concerned). There is so much to learn that it keeps it interesting. Every cigar has it's own "story" I guess. I've spoiled myself in the fact that I can't stomach machine rolled cigars anymore, but I'd rather have one 94 rated stick then 10 "normal" sticks. I guess I'm a cigar snob, but you won't hear me complaining. My wife even supports my addiction!!! How awesome is that???
I spend my days sitting on my porch, listening to music, smoking cigars, and sharpening knives to pass the time. The VA screwed me up (that's a whole nuther story), so I'm actually retired at 40.
I'm looking forward to talking to everyone and getting to know ya'all.
