I thought on the new program you hadda go through the steps:

Bronze
Silver
Gold
Platinum

And they were all volume driven so the amount you spent determined how quickly you could rise up.

that is correct.......
but strange things happen when ZRX whispers in his mommy's ear........

I think I'll pass on the metallic membership packages, but thanks for the info.

(hope I'm listing this in the right area)

Hi ya'all, I've had an account for a while now but I haven't taken the time to introduce myself and get to know ya.

My name's Joe, I'm 40 years old, married, have a 14 year old daughter and am a disabled Veteran. I was a cigarette smoker for 27 years when I started having some trouble breathing when the weather got cold. I'm originally from Indiana. So, I switched to cigars about a year and a half ago full time. I gotta tell ya, I feel a lot better and I'm learning more and more about cigars every day. I think that's what I like so much about the cigar lifestyle....and it is a lifestyle (as far as I'm concerned). There is so much to learn that it keeps it interesting. Every cigar has it's own "story" I guess. I've spoiled myself in the fact that I can't stomach machine rolled cigars anymore, but I'd rather have one 94 rated stick then 10 "normal" sticks. I guess I'm a cigar snob, but you won't hear me complaining. My wife even supports my addiction!!! How awesome is that???

I spend my days sitting on my porch, listening to music, smoking cigars, and sharpening knives to pass the time. The VA screwed me up (that's a whole nuther story), so I'm actually retired at 40.

I'm looking forward to talking to everyone and getting to know ya'all.

Looks like you're 15-20 minutes away from Ft. Polk. Army?

Yep, we live 16 miles from Polk. I am former Army. Infantry, 25th ID, Schofield Barracks, HI. Back in the early 90's. Moved close to Ft. Polk for the VA care and the PX. Wish there were more quality cigars around here, but I guess that's what the innerweb is for.

Rarely. But sometimes.

I love my local brick&mortar cigar stores, but you'll save money buying cigars online.

Should you make your way over to Baton Rouge there are a couple nice ones.

We've been here almost two years and still haven't made it that way yet Abrignac. I've done a good amount of research and have found what looks like a large amount of specialty shops in the Baton Rouge/New Orleans area. Can't wait to make it that way. My health has stopped us from making any long trips, but hopefully the VA has finally got me figured out and I will be able to start healing up well enough for a road trip :)

Sounds good Abrignac. I'll defiantly drop you a line when we head that way.
