Btw. Your cigars will be fine. Store them properly for a month and you're good yo go. Whether they spent a day or two weeks in transit, should store properly for a month before smoking anyway.

Look at the top of the page. There is a phone number there. Call it and ask C.S. for some help.

When they fulfill all of your needs, come back and tell us how much of a doosh you were to complain on the forums, before asking C-Bid staff for some help.

You're welcome! Oh! and..... Nice first post.

REALLY, call customer service before you post a customer service question. They are very good at positively resolving issues.

What a douche.

So YOU placed a bid without knowing the terms of service and then somehow cigarbid's customer service lacks intelligence?

Perhaps 1) YOU educate yourself about how a merchant works before you order from them, 2) you pull your head out of your azz and locate the number at the top of the page where most merchants put their contact information, call customer service and APOLOGIZE for being an azzhole then ask them to help your dumbazz.
