Really is the best. Makes me remember why I spend money here. I had a small issue/ request so I sent a pm. It was quickly answered and my small request was taken care of.

Customer service is often over looked and under appreciated. I know this because I've worked directly with customers before. So I'd like to say "Thank You" to Shana for her help recently.

For those of us at the level above "platinum" that is so secretive it has no official name, no matches are needed. Customer service includes actually lighting our cigars for us whenever necessary. Whistle

I agree that any issue I have ever had here was handled quickly and courteously. Applause

Applause Applause Applause I wish all companies had customer service like Cbid and the Mothership, especially those who supply telephone and internet - you know who I mean!
I have never been dissatisfied with Cbid's customer service, nor have I had to wait long at all for a response! Kudos to Shana, Trish, and the whole crew!

Maybe you just bought crappy cigars. Or didn't let them rest enough.
Everything I've gotten from here has been fine.

Is somebody seriously bitching about CBid customer service? There was a minor problem with an order this week, and Shana emailed me SAME DAY with not one, but two good solutions! Let these people call certain telephone companies and wait an hour to get cut off due to "technical problems"... Or try and get my water department to come out when a main busts- you guys know what I mean.

Shana, you're the best! Thanks for everything. Fender

Did you get my email? I did not get a response.

We are not in the business of selling dry cigars. I hate to break it to you but we share the same Fulfillment center as the mothership. Inventory is pulled from the same humidor.

He's just smoked all of his "dry cigars" and no longer has a leg to stand on or merchandise he is able to return.

I Have only ever had one issue - a mess-up with shipping -, and whoever it was I dealt with at Cbid took care of me much better than I would ever expect. Friendly, understanding and really wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome. If only I could get the CS people that work here to get a job at the cable company or Sirius XM!

EDIT: Actually no, I would not want you to leave here (and you probably don't want to have to learn how to speak with a Pakistani accent). I WOULD, however, like whoever hires and trains your people to moonlight and do a seminar for those other companies!
