I like to rest them in my humidor for at
Least a week when purchased from an online source. A month or
So is better but I always smoke few right away. What about you

Several months if not 6 months to a year. Some blends are better with less rest so it's not a set schedule.

I usually buy my tried and true brands and smoke the oldest first. Like to keep at least a year's worth on hand but, if its a new to me cigar I'll usually smoke one right away. Once in awhile you get lucky and they already have some age on them.

Meh. Anywhere from a day to a year or more. Entirely dependant on the cigar.

it's a mood thing ... if it's one I have quite a few of, then they go to the back of the line in the humidor ... if it's one I have no others of, sometimes as little as 5 minutes ...

If bought at a shpo anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 years - doesn't matter. Cigars from a shop have typically already had plenty of time to rest.

If bought online, at least a week - same goes for new box of cubans

Ammo from cigar bombs - right away!

Usually don't do anything but open and inspect the box, then come back in 6 months to a year. Rarely shorter than that.

Was going through everything and found a few boxes from 2013-14 that I hadn't even cut the seal yet. Bought a lot early on. Only two boxes and seven 5packs last year.

Last week I found a box of Partagas Petit Coronas Especiales from 08 in my humi.................I suppose it depends on how long it takes me to find them.

All of my cbid cigars are steadily approaching 1-2 years but I some cuban boxes as far back as 2008. Every box of cubans I own is no younger than 2015.

Minimum 2 weeks. Obviously, I'm not aging, just trying to get the humidity right.

FWIW, there is really no one sized fits all answer. If fresh rolled, most premiums do taste really good as they come from the thigh of the virgin that rolled it. Fresh rolled are usually good for a short period then they get "sick" for a period of a few months to a year.

Coobans usually do better after napping for 3-5 years, but then again some smoke good right out of the box. In general the stronger the blend the more it benefits for a longer rest periods.
