I'm with you. I gave up caffeine as it was spiking my BP. Cut back drastically on sweets, pork and red meat. Dropped 25#'s. BP stays around 136/84 as it was up to 160/94 when I was caffeine everyday along w lots of sweets. Cut back on cigars from 1-3 a day to about 5 a week now. Health so far so good.
Keep up the good work and hope the weight continues to come off slowly but surely to your goal.
