Kool Ray!

If I get the channel I'll watch for sure on the 3rd.

Still have the Beretta but switched to a Citori this spring, loving it!

Coming to Chicagoland this year?

Now this could be a fun show to watch.

Mad skills displayed in the promo, guessing its going to get more and more interesting as it goes on.

Agree with you on the topless broads for sure!!!! But Bennelli?? Who in their right mind would have one of those in the hands? No one.......I mean ZERO competitive shooters shoot a Bennelli, jus sayin................

Thanks for tuning in guys (and gals). I think it's going to be really good. I know that part of the competition the shooters go side by side, head to head. All the targets are the "flash" targets, meaning they all have the powder pack in them so the breaks show up well for tv.

A little background.....my coach, Dan Carlisle and another friend have been working on this whole thing for about 5 years now. It is all their baby. Carlisle is the President and founder of the PSCA (also one of the announcers). If this goes off well for tv and we get the ratings, it will change the sport dramatically, not to mention start opening a few eyes up about guns for those that are not informed. It's not all about assault weapons and bad guys.

Absolutely love watching it! Gives inspiration to hit the different trap ranges at the local shooting club. Sure wish you could make it to one of our local competitions/qualifiers.
It's also humbling to hear a shooting pro that also teaches still confers with a coach! Think that's awesome!
On the Bennelli… check! Thanks. Looking into a new bird/trap semi-auto. Any recommendations under $1500?
Getting old and the reflexes with the old pump aren't what they used to be!

Geez... I need to get into/back into SC. Loving skeet but dont' even have a skeet range very local. Plenty trap, but I get bored of trap pretty quickly.

Indiana Gun Club is the only SC range I know of and it's a 3 hour drive away.

Don't have cable, so no way can I watch it, sent the link to my BIL that goes to Indiana Gun Club to watch the pro tourneys. He might be able to watch.

I was smoking a OR OSOK chignon this morning and had plenty of time to watch multiple videos on youtube. Knokmdown posted a great video and I am in full support. Myself I watched another video from a channel I am subscribed to. If you have 20ish minutes to watch check it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uXumSAhm-f8

No thread hijacking intended just love to see the motive promotion of guns and gun safety.

Carl, check out the Beretta A400. They make a couple of hunting models and also a competition sporting clays model. Very soft shooting. Can be had new for around $1800. I just picked up a used one from one of my students for $1450 and it's like new. They also have an adjustable stock for proper gun fit. This is the predecessor to the Beretta AL391 which you can still buy and is also a great gun.

Good luck to you Ray. I used to shoot every weekend. Entered a few tournaments in the early to mid 90's. Some familiar faces for me in the video. Saw John Kruger shoot a few times. Made it look so easy. Away from a tournament, most of these shooters are more than willing to help you improve. Tournament time is when they earn their living. Great group of people.

Nothing like sitting in the great outdoors, smoking an old school Camacho Corojo and watching the pros go to work on a box of clays. You can learn a lot by just watching their speed, set-up and where they shoot.the clay.

If any of you watched the first showing of the PSCA tour (Directv ch220), I would be interested in your thoughts, good or bad.

The first showing was last Thursday and repeated on Sunday. The second show (better IMO) was yesterday and will be repeated this Sunday. The President and founder of the PSCA (Dan Carlisle) is my shooting coach and would like input if possible. If you don't want to post it here, please feel free to PM me or direct email to: ray (dot) pse @ verizon (dot) net

Thanks!
