You want a slower-burning, cooler smoke? Stay around 70% or slightly higher." Not sure what is correct now but I keep RH in the mid sixties and smoke slow. That works for me. I like the Cask Strength, have some from 1/11 and some from 11/12. Need to see if they changed over the 2 years.
