Has anyone smoked these? I bought a 10 pack of the Presidente Shaggy Foot (7x48). I'm figuring that they may be a hit. The one review I found online said to get these while the getting was good.

TRy it, it might be one of the very few Graycliff's actually made by Graycliff. You've had almost 5 months- should have smoked one by now.

I wish I worked for a good cigar maker. Just a regular guy who enjoys his sticks. I only asked b/c I tend to buy boxes and then let them sit for months or years before I enjoy. I'm a regular at a local cigar shop here in the DFW area and we usually trade sticks back and forth and no one had ever heard of these Graycliff's.

Those of us that know about them love them, small production in limited quantities, they are extremely high quality tobacco. The turbos and G2's I've never heard of except on CI so they may be lower quality house cigars that Graycliff May or may not make, and my shop I hang at has carried them for years and has annual Graycliff rolling events.
Back in 02 I had dinner with the man himself Avelino Lara and his Son Abell Lara. Living cigar legend, have pics and a couple of signed boxes.
Highly recommend the Crystal, Espresso, Dbl Espresso, Red Label depending on what your strength preferences are. The Crystal corona called the Taco is nice, I've seen it make one of the former Bengals that frequents the shop sweat.

excellent smoke after 5 months of naked cedar aging. Won a 10 pack of the 6"x50 PGX last year for $46.
And a 10-Pack of the 7"x48 Presidente for $40 just yesterday. Very nice.

You can get your 10-Pack at C.I. for $160!

After reading this thread I thought I'd like to give em a try, so I went looking around online for em. I'm on a buying hiatus so really was just window shopping. Then I was just digging around for smokes to send in the summertime blind trade and found one of these. I don't recall from where it came or when but I moved it out of my big box and into my desktop which is where I pull from when looking for a smoke. I'll give it a try sometime. I'm back down to 1-2 a week so dunno how long it'll be.

I'm planning to smoke one of these tonight... I hope it's an easy draw, lot of smoke, and good flavor. ;-)
