Has anyone had luck with these? I've had two spring leaks and stop working in about 8 month

Was happy with mine for a few months. Haven't checked it in a while. Went to go look for it while typing this and I suppose I've lost it.

Dunno, but you could have bought quite a few Ronson's for what you wasted on two chitty Bugatti's.

I have a Dupont Xtend I paid $91 for here on Cbid. Works awesome.
I also have a $3 torch that works just as well.
Use Vector butane or Lava butane.

I got a bugatti 2001 that can b scored for 20 $.....works awesome and has worked flawlessly use xicar fluid...would not buy anything else

Best butane you can get is Vector. Lava isn't made anymore, but I still have some.
Both are refined 5 times.

Only I ever use is xicar its 4x I think but works ok been almost a year ...

Got a couple where the top flips open to the side neither has been worth a CH I T have two that have the fliptop like an old zippo lighter those have been great!

Weird, I'll had the exact opposite experience. The B-1 (...top side flip...) has been stellar whereas the B-2002 (...Zippo-like...) has never been consistent.

I used a Zippo with the torch insert in it for years. Works great with just about any butane. Nothing wrong with a Bic lighter. Works every time no matter what.
