I enjoy them, but the quality has been a bit hit and miss the last few years.
Not much risk in a ten ct. I say go for it!

Not bad, but at the normal price point I usually go for something else. If you like other RyJs, you'll probably like the short churchill, if you haven't then it probably won't change your mind.

I did a split with Pro on these a few years back and the Wides as well. The Shorts were the better of the 2 but have never ordered more so I am thinking I was not that impressed with enough to stock them.

Nothing above suggests you not try a few different RyJ's. The Short Church doesn't do if for me at best price. But I've had some very good RyJ's.

I found a good deal on HDM Epicure Especiales, I know I like them...

i have some from 08 which are great. to agree with some of the others above, if you like RyJ and/or are trying to expand ur cc collection, not a bad intro to RyJ. Not to contradict SRH's statement (Scot knows a lot more than I), but on a diff forum (cc oriented) the consensus seems to be that recent production has gotten much better (14-15).

RyJ has some good cheap lines (smaller RG), especially one of ZRX's favs (and mine) coronitas en cedros. PC, mille fluers, #3, cedros #3 are some others, if you're looking to try the brand out.

Hey bro! Glad to see your back! Not contradicting at all. By most accounts, including my own, the quality of recent production has markedly improved. The previous half dozen years, quality was all over the board. Like any cc, you can get a few disappointing sticks or even a whole box that's subpar, but I would have no hesitation in purchasing a box from 14-15. They definitely need a few years rest tho to begin shining.

I like RyJ's young over other CCS's.

If you dislike "floral" notes though you may not like their stuff. Some have varying degrees of this, but I've not had a RyJ that didn't have some hint of it. That very well might be my prejudice after trying a few different vitolas, but it is my own experience.

One thing, you'll never have a hard time using them (CC's) for trade bait if you don't like them. Just something to consider

thanks guys for all your input, I like to stick with what I like, especially because I dont buy them very often, and know what I like in cc's...i could stick with HDM Ep Especiales, HDM Epicure deluxe, and Boli RC's and be very happy!! When I light up one of these, I just say WOW! wish I had the money to smoke just CC's , i feel there is nothing like them

So many other great marcas out there....and for the most part, pricing is in line with cc's.

On the upside, you have no idea what your missing.....

I totally understand. I believe someone already suggested doing splits....that's a great way to find what you like without having to spring for a full box and make some new friends while you're at it. Pricing the ones you like are about average for cc's.....some excellent ones not on your list are much less.....

I would be interested in splits, PSD6's interest me for some reason. I guess I know when i get a 10er of Epicure esp or epicure deluxe, i will love them..
