He reminds me of the guy who would come to my house when I was a kid to fix our TV when it would go on the Fritz. I was always fascinated by his suitcase sized tool kit. It contained all kinds of screwdrivers of various lengths and test equipment. I'd sit on the couch and watch him remove the back of the set and go to work diagnosing and fixing the TV. Mom would get mad at me and tell me to go to my room and quit bothering the man. When he'd leave, she'd tell me she didn't want me to watch him work. She said he looked like a drinker with those glassy, asymmetrical eyes and that strange grin. She also said you can't trust a man like that around little boys. I wonder what happened to him.

all he did was plug the TV in, and it worked again.
