I have:

2 Asadachi

4 Seizan

4 Sun Fook Ka

2 Big Tone

I've outgrown my taste for Lars Tetens about 11 months ago and kept them in their own
humidor since then. I am willing to do a 1 for 1 trade for each stick.

I am looking for:

Fuente Anejo , Opus X , Don Carlos , or Hemmingway.

CAO L'Anniversaire Extreme

Ashton Virgin Sun Grown or Cabinet Series

Padron Anniversary

Bahia Maduro, Gold, Gold Maduro, Trinidad or Vintage

I prefer torpedo/pyramid shape, but I'm open to anything. :)

Please email me if interested, at [email protected]
. Thanks :)

I am happy to see you shelfed those incense sticks...
good to see you have aquired a taste for preimum cigars...great choices on your list. I see a bit of a problem though....I give the tetens away as gifts and keep the types like you listed for myself.

I agree with Guillet...Although I am not a big fan of Lars, I was pretty impressed with the Acid line...The CAO eXtremes (of which I have a box) are incredibly good..I don't know if you'll find any takers...Kinda like asking to trade an Ashton VSG for a Swisher Sweet if u ask me..LOL

Not for nothing guys, but there are people out there that DO still like the Lars Tetens and pay upwards of $15 for them. Unfortunately I was one of those people at one time and I bought too many before I outgrew them. Now I'm just trying to do a little damage control here and am taking a loss to get sticks that I would like that cost much less than what the Lars fans will pay in stores/online for these. Compare an $18 Asadachi with a $8.00 CAO eXtreme Belicoso or a $16 Seizan with a $9 Don Carlos Belicoso, or a $12 Sun Fook Ka for a $7 Bahia Maduro Belicoso. If someone likes the Lars sticks, that's a great trade for them. It's NOT like trading a VSG for a 90 cent machine-made Swisher Sweet. The Lars line are well-made, easy-draw mild sticks. I have a taste for the more medium to full sticks now and probably won't smoke the Lars again, just like I won't ever smoke the Macanudo regular line ever again because they're so mild.

Hege...

Please don't take offence to what I said eariler. I agree there are PLENTY of people out there who will and do, my friends included, pay the buck for the lars tetens. I also agree if they trade with you they will be getting a great value for the lars. The lars are WAY over priced. Now the acidS are reasonable. I perfer preimum , more typical cigars, suck as the don carlos, or a CAO....but an ACid Atom maduro is good....the acids are more in line with the regular prices....I like the acids here and there cause the wife will allow me to smoke it in the house, not my smoking room in the basement, which is nice but...well ya know where i am going. I am sure you will find folks to trade your lars with....just make sure you do not give them away....get a 15 dollar stick for a 15 dollar stick....I suggest a Partagas Limited Reserve Robusto....thats a fine cigar for around 15 bucks!!
Later and enjoy

Dude...Dont take offense to what I said either...Im just giving you a little s**t for knocking my Don Tomas cigars :)...Lars IMHO are way too over-priced, but the construction of them (and Acid line) are pretty impressive...I don't care for Lars, but Acids are IMHO a much better cigar than Lars...Keith

I don't agree 100% with the Waffle brothers, but they have a point. Unfortunately, it's on top of their heads. Lars Tetens are a very good mild cigar. Overpriced but decent. I no longer smoke them, but I did get quite a bit of enjoyment out of them in the past.

WAFFLE BROS!! oh wany, you'll be the death of us all... ;) Thanks for the support jcrimmins, you're a man who sticks by his convictions. Most people would pretend that they NEVER had or NEVER liked the Lars line, I appreciate your honesty :) Looks like these things go up for auction now. oh well.

i never said i didn'tlike them, they arn't that bad....a change of pace here and there is cool. My point was that I think for the money they want for them you could bye a much better cigar.

1/2 half of the waffle brothers, i think?

Ditto...I don't think they are THAT good to warrant the amount they cost...The only Acid that I enjoy are the Blondies (which BTW I just bought twelve of them today at my local shop..Yum!)..They are the only ones that I feel that are reasonable in price and have a good taste...The other ones seem too weak or light for me...Acids are WAY TOO expensive...I can't see paying almost thirty bucks for ONE stick...Just 1/2 of the Waffle Bros opinion here

Hey waffle bro, I think ya metn the tetens are too expensive....acids are reasonable. I just read what you wrote about the acid blondie...not bad...they the yellow band acids....I smoked several of what I think are the Acid Atom maduro...nice full bodied smoke. Its a robusto sizt...50 x 5.00. Yep that the one...around $6.00 or so. Pick one up and give it try.
The other half of the waffle brothers.

You are correct Bro...I meant the Lars...The Acids are much more reasonably priced than the Lars...I also got an Acid Patience (which I haven't tried yet) and Yes, an Acid Atom Maduro (which looks beautiful!...Looking forward to trying it soon!)..Keith
