Cros, the punch in the box has been done before, but it's still funny when you do it!

I, Erik, 8track, JD, Buckwheat, Blacky, Echo4alpha, Rick, drnos, buddha daddy, edbug and a few others were too busy having a good time.

We missed it, I guess.

Either that, or we all went back to our respective rooms and crashed. I forget which.

One other thing about the boss. If he "invents" something and I inform him that some icehole has already plagiarized it a decade before he came up with it, his response is, "we'll make ours more expensive so people will think it's better."

#412 did you get a picture of MACS candy ass at the time or was the camera broken before you could do so?

In my defense, I don't think I slept more than 5 hours a night the whole time we were there.

I did, however, take a nap one day. LMAO!

TW, I don't think MACS was there at the Main Street Stations bar very long but I do remember Slim and pablo going into the mens room together.

lol

they said there were flames shooting up behind you, the lights were flickering they tried to run but you grabbed the camera and through it at their temples.....

they also said the slobber from your rage put out the flames ultimately

I wasn't there.... I'm just sayin

jj,

I had read bits and pieces of what ammounts to that same story (possibly that exact same story) from your posts before.

Which is exactly why I found the idea of a picture post entitled "Slim's revenge" containing the highly exagerated visual image of slim holding you back at arms length with one hand while winding up to pitch a camera across a 4-lane street with the other arm so amusing.

But, as I said previously since there appear to still be unresolved issues stemming from the incident, I'm done with it.

Oh no the pics were already posted. I'm not even sure the camera was broken. I had to take Slimboli's word for it and buy him a new one so he'd stop sniveling.

Never going to let me live that one down are you, LadyCigar !?!

Here we go.........

" With smoking bans popping up everywhere and the constant threat of new taxes, Craig Smith says things are tight. Dorothy Grave Hoyt agrees. Both admit that there are many easier ways to make a living, but they are guardely optimistic in thinking there is a market for high-quality,machine-made cigars. " Were still puffing along," says Dorothy, adding that F.D. Grave has enough new accounts to keep her family busy. Craig has only picked some new boutique brands, like Hula Girl from Maui.

.......and it goes on.

Re 399

Inventions don’t actually have to work. You just have to convince the US patent lawyer that is reviewing it that it is novel and different enough that the other stuff out there. Actually proving it works and having a working prototype or physical examples drastically helps your case but it is not a requirement. Any dope can come up with an idea. Then you get a good patent lawyer and you can get just about anything patented.

I have a dozen or so with my name on them and a few of them I felt were pretty wishy washy. I felt they were common sense stuff for someone “skilled in the art” but the company I worked for at the time really pushed for patents. In the end, they got them granted, I got another line for my resume and a small bonus. (shrugs shoulders).

difference between slim and I is I would understand the rules.... no pictures....

its cool to me

my buddy worked security for Bob Dylan.... they were not allowed to look directly at him (what a freak) but if you know the rule and you do it anyway you deserve what you get

note to you .... if throwing Dylans camera don't look him in the eyes or his security people will lay a beat down on you.

but I digress
