I saw some article about them on CA's website, trying searching the 'net and these forums, but didn't come up with much about them.

So what's the deal on these things? Who makes? Are they good? Rare? etc.

I did a 'Google' Search for 'OneOff Cigar' ... and came up with a ton of stuff on them ...

Italian cigar magnate A.G. Molinari has been satisfying European and Asian cigar connoisseurs’ appetite for super premium smokes with his prestigious Oneoff cigar.

Now Molinari brings this super premium cigar to the U.S. Hand-made in Esteli, Nicaragua, Oneoff is one of the few brands of cigars that are completely comprised of organic tobacco. Central America’s leading tobacco man – Nestor Plasencia, grows this one of a kind organic tobacco for Oneoff.

The reddish colored, organic wrapper is shade grown in Honduras and the triple fermented before rolling. The long-filler tobacco is a robust blend of organic Nicaraguan tobacco form Jalapa and Esteli. This full-bodied favorite was rated 90 by Cigar Aficionado magazine.

$325 and $360 a box ...

Also ...

Felipe Gregorio, Inc., has signed an agreement with OneOff Cigars to be the sole importer and distributor of OneOff premium cigars in the United States.

OneOff's entire American offering is limited to 250,000 cigars this year. Retailers are limited to a total of 10 boxes per order.

The seven shapes slated for the United States market are:

Julieta (7 x 47), Perfecto (6 1/8 x 52)
Campana (5 1/2 x 52), Robusto (4 7/8 x 50)
Corona Gorda (5 3/8 x 46), Laguisto #2 (6 x 38)
Mareva (5 x 42)

Suggested retail price runs from $8.80 for the Laguisto #2 to $16 for the Perfecto.

I searched for these last year. I found one shop that had torps for $15 a pop. I never did buy them.

I know that Doc had one in his pass and fbcoacho was searching for some.

A couple of years ago,I had one of the Campanas and I thought it was a good but overpriced cigar. I still have a couple of the other sizes buried somewhere. X

I smoked a few out at RTDA, good cigars, but I wouldn't pay the price tag.

I picked up a OneOff corona in "Docs Box Pass" a few months back. Very nicely constructed smoke that is VERY mild, and very over hyped/priced.

They seem to keep their volumes small, in order to make them more desirable!?!? I wouldn't pay top dollar for them.

Just a humble opinion.

I'd worry about sequels and second editions.

All jokes aside, I will say that the man behind ONEOFF, Andrea Molinari, is one of the most energetic and passionate people you could ever meet. In addition, he is progressive in his marketing approach while maintaining some 'old school' aesthetics towards cigar-making...

I know of a local shop that has a few in stock when I stopped in a couple of weeks ago. Always looked pretty pricy for me but I remember seeing some get reasonably good ratings a year or so ago. Just have never had a strong desire to give them a try because of the price although I have gladly paid the same price for other cigars.

I've seen them advertised and for sale. Never tried one because they are touted as "mild" cigars and my taste runs to full-bodied. Great looking cigar, and makes for a nice presentation, though.

Pricey but not bad. If you want to try why not, why wait. You only lives once. If you dont care for them, good you dont have to blow more money on cigars. If you like them, god help you.

There is a little cigar store in Bethlehem,PA that had them. I think you know the name of the place. They are not on the website. Just in store.

from a competitor's site who has them in stock(they include blind reviews):
Originally launched in 2001 by Andrea Molinari, the OneOff brand has been brought back to life by Dion Giolito the creator of Illusione cigars.
