Once we all calm down and realize the concept of this pic is actually kind of funny we can focus on the more important things

lower left inciser... filling looks like amalgum. Dangerous and shoult be outlawed to prevent death or worse (dementia). If its not too late I'd suggest pulling the filling and replaceing with a composite and a high noble metal or porcelan crown.....
