Thanks for your input! I have been considering the Vigilant product, and your comments have solidified my decision. The active humidification system is one of the features that is a high selling point for me. I spoke with Mr. Steve Huntoon today. He seems to represent Vigilant's customer relations and sales well. He stressed that Vigilant strives to produce an impeccable cabinet. Have you had any dealing with Vigilant after you purchase, and how was the issue handeled. Example, a scratch in finish, humidification system probles, any problems at all. It would be most pleasing to hear you have had no problems at all.

I have been absolutely thrilled with the cabinet. I have had no problems, I just bought some new filters from Vigilante and they arrived today. Steve is the person I dealt with as well, tell him Tom Petteys from Colorado sent you, maybe he will give me a break then if I buy another one someday! The only thing if you buy a large display cabinet is you will have to have friends help you when it is delivered, as the freight company will only deliver it to your door, then you take it from there. It comes on a huge wooden pallet, and survived the journey without a hitch, I think it was $200 to ship. But these are very very heavy and you will need help to move it. I also bought the optional shelves for loose cigars, and a light, and they gave me a break on the price with that. Let me know how it goes. I hope this message doesn't bother CI, but it shouldn't for with all the extra cigar space it resulted in some huge cigar purchases with them late last summer. If all of CI's customers bought one of these cabinets, they would be singing to the bank.
