Forget Hockey and Basketball. What are the BEST places to watch NFL football or MLB Baseball? My vote for baseball is for Hometown Fenway. Too much history and intamacy to curse the small seats. As for Football, I love the Meadowlands. The location sucks, the tailgating is only so-so, and the facility itself is ugly. But the seating arrangement is outstanding. The field is surrounded by a wall of people and there is nary a bad seat in the house. The place is loud even when the crowd is only half interested in the game. I know there are more beautiful stadiums (stadii?) and louder locations, but the way the seats put you on top of the field even in the upper decks is awe inspiring.

It is so hard to choose any one place as best for me. But I do have to agree on the Meadowlands. Even though there are more fan friendly stadiums, The 'Lands is truly amazing especially during the Army Navy game. All these new baseball stadiums are great but I prefer the older stadiums, like old Candlestick Park and Tiger Stadium. For pure loudness nothing can compare to a packed Metrodome(When the Twins or Vikes are playing). Todd

Football-Arrowhead in KC, for all around fans, noise level, tailgating and location! Beautiful to be there when they play the hated Raiders or the Denver Broncos! Baseball, Wrigley Field! Worst places I have been.........Oakland/Alameda Stadium for Raiders, Colisuim in LA for any football game! Charlie

Great idea, if you are allowed to smoke in the house! Is that setup in the yard or do you smoke cigars in house? Hats off if you do! Charlie
