Local representatives of the Rev. Al Sharpton's National Action Network announced today they have retained the services of attorney Johnnie Cochran to represent laid off Enron Corp. workers.
remember sharpton's claim to fame was a phony rape story he later admitted to. i am waiting for cochran to admit to playing the race card to get a murderer off the hook.

Cochran play the race card? Surely you jest! That is the only way he can defend a case, and is the only type of case he will defend. I wonder what percentage of "African-Americans" are/were employed by Enron and why he would take this on if that percentage is low! Charlie

Any recovery of pension and 401(k)monies presently lost to the former employees could add up to a big fat contingency fee.

Any employee who kept all his retirement money in his companies stock was an idiot to begin with. They tried to get rich instead of diversifing their 401k. Now
the 3 stooges Jesse Al & Johnny will tell'em it's the
Republicians fault. Not their own stupidity.

Glenn, you always hit the problem right on the nose! Stupidity is about as bad as greed and both together are really bad news! I am sure Lawyer Johnnie will screw them out of more of their money and Jesse will split the take with him! What a bunch of thieves chasing after people's problems to make a buck and gain publicity!
