I know I got this from a BOTL on here, but I can't recall who. Will edit this later to give appropriate credit.

Edit: Thanks to Frozen Phoenix, who's been MIA for a little while. Received this as part of the Spring 2016 blind tastings.

47238 - Bait Fish MUWAT

Big thanks to Luke753. This was my first Bait Fish.

I gave one to my son and we got to enjoy it together. I was amazed at my son because we have never really sat and talked about cigars. He knows nothing of the taste notes and such. This was his second cigar in his life. He has never researched cigars and knows nothing at all about them really. I had just told him what I love about the blends is each tobacco has some sort of taste to it not really explaining what the taste where, just telling him the each is different and unique. He fires his up and first thing he said was " I can taste like a coco or a chocolate kind of taste. I about fell out my rocking chair. I guess the boy made Chef at Mortons for a reason back in the day. For a 22 year old not to bad indeed. Will be a night I will not forget. I will always remember it was a Bait Fish MUWAT given to me by Luke. I greatly appreciate it brother. You now will forever be in my memory for giving me an unforgettable life moment with my son. Its the simple things that do indeed matter.

I don't smoke as much Perdomo as I used to (they were my go to brand for about 10 years), although I do tend that direction for morning smokes. Honestly, as their blends have evolved (Habano priming changes) and my tastes have changed, the ones I'd recommend are:

20th Anni, Maduro or Sungrown
Champagne Noir (never been a fan of the Champagne series other than that)
Lot 23 Maduro (I do like the Natural as a morning smoke, but there is a harshness to it)
Double Aged Sungrown
Small Batch in any wrapper

Nick axed my long time faves, the Exhibicion and the Habano Corojo (no, the new Habano Sungrown doesn't taste the same)

I can spare a few of the above, if you haven't tried those, Tony.

This was number 2 of 3 aged ones SmokeYou sent me in the yard gars bomb for 5er or so trade we did. First, he truly did "Smoke Me" as it was a beat down.
Second if later versions of this cigar are as good as these, probably the only machine made I'd ever buy again.
