you have just entered the twilight zone of politics.
the republicans and the democrats are in a quandary about tax
changes for the rich and tax changes for the poor. actually you
are offering the rich customers that pay to receive and hold
more disks at one time a larger dollar amount then the poor
customers who can only afford one disk at a time.
in my personal case, since i was not planning to watch a movie
on line, that day, so fairness forces me to abstain from taking an
undeserved discount.
i would like to thank your CSR staff for their help and courtesy
both times i was forced to contact them during the last ten years
i have been your loyal customer.
if it were possible for you to contact my mortgage company and
explain i was not home for 3 days last month and i feel a 10%
discount is warrented, i would be greatful for your assistance.
now about the subtitles using roku for your hearing impaired
clientel..
i remain and will continue to remain your loyal customer until
they pry the last blue-ray from my cold dead hands
