Gotta give them a reason to belong.

He's low hanging fruit.

He won't be around much longer.

He'll go all ballistic and into full-on retard mode, get himself banned and we can all go back to the hilarious "Free Adroomi" posts!

but then you won't be able to waste your afternoon's on me for a few more months like you've done yesterday and today. Then your life will be meaningless and dull once again until I return, and you once again open wide and say "ahhhh" just like you always do, DMV.

I play with you because you stroke my ego. But you still do so even when I tell you I do this. Why?

Whatever Jimmy.

See, I get paid to do things like this. You don't.

I can chalk it up to Network Utilization Testing. You? You're playing with yourself.

Maybe I need to rethink the whole "Obamacare" thing.

Stews obviously have substandard mental health coverage.

Yeah, losing that Wal-Mart greeter gig was a real blow to your wallet.

It made you log back on here at CBid with another identity!

DMV went full retard. Now he's stuck somewhere between a stewardess and a walmart greeter, and can't seem to stick to one jab at a time. Gotta be sharp DMV. Sharp!

Not all Welfare recipients are lazy bums. I'm sure some are genuinely in need of temporary financial help and would much rather be productive members of society. The majority however, seem quite comfortable with an entitlement mindset. They're nothing more than ballast in the ship of state.

And yeah, to be perfectly candid I consider everyone who has contributed positively to society superior to career welfare bums whose only life achievement was in randomly begetting or gestating more welfare recipients.

Many Welfare people have become like tribes in some areas, they need a way out and i'd be glad to help but prolonging that lifestyle leads to nowhere and worse..

I think this is a great idea, although it is probably difficult to implement in practice.

Here in New York, the state and city budget woes have resulted in less cops and sanitation workers being hired and the MTA cutting cleaning crews and station agents while jacking fares up. Even maintenance workers and "rangers" in Central Park are being reduced in number, either through active cuts or attrition.

So, you want a check from the gov't? Great - you get to clean subway cars, sell Metrocards, do filing or other gruntwork at the local precinct, etc. If you don't want to do that, then you don't get a check and the savings can be used to hire more MTA agents, NYPD staff, etc. etc.

I know NYC is very different from most of the rest of the country. But why shouldn't we get some value for our $$ here, especially when economic conditions are forcing cuts in services that directly impact the quality of life of those of us not sucking off of the government teat?

My $0.02.

You've got more problems in NY than a little bit starting with that ashole govenor. Cuts spending to parks and historical sites, yet gives developers money to build townhomes. WTF?!

I'd love to move to upstate NY but I dunno if I could afford the taxes.

In this regard, it isn't very different from the rest of the country.

What's infuriating, however, is that your average city worker - the grunts - get paid very little. Make it into management, and the money you take in can be obscene. So, there are less lower-paid indians, and a disproportinate number of highly-paid chiefs in the tribe.

However, I digress...
