Rug,
Are you truthfully fuctionally illiterate or do you just have a learning disability? What part of "U of O cost me nothing, but the U of S cost me plenty" (to paraphrase) did you not understand?

Why are you always troubleshooting me? What part of "I spent 14 years (oh...I meant 13 years, 9 months, and 8 days) on active duty is so hard for you to comprehend?

You're obsessed. Get a life. I said goodnight, and I left the board and you kept on posting, imagining that I was secretly waiting for you to leave so I could post "behind your back." You're getting about as nervous and paranoid as Drathaar....Get over me.

I'm not worth it.

What is it with you?

Man, I ask a SIMPLE question. What the heck does pwned stand for? What do I get? Accused of having relationships w/ 13 year olds. Man Rug, you are classy.

Will someone please tell me what pwned means now?

it is a term that is synonymous with "Owned" in the sense that if I REALLY beat you at something, and humiliated you in the process, they I "pwn" you ...or "pwned" you.

It can also mean that I tricked you, or something like that.

I, personally, never use it because I think it is gay.

Victor,
"pwned" started a few years ago in South Korea. There's a popular video game that came out of there by the name of "Starcraft" that kids play online against other kids.

In the script, there was supposed to be the word "owned" that popped up when somebody got killed or something, and due to a typo is came up "pwned." The word sort of took off, and "gamers" like to use it a lot. I first saw it a few weeks ago when Drathaar kept using it. I had no idea what it meant either. I'm not a "gamer."

I am a gamer,
And I have never heard of it. I have never played Starcraft online though, so I could have missed it. I do play Delta Force Blackhawk Down, and C and C RedAlert2 and Generals online though.

Didn’t you just berate Drathaar for his short bus comments adroomi?

My first grade teacher called me illiterate once too. I put down my copy of Treasure Island and told her to piss off. Same to you.

Also it really might not be the best idea to keep calling me stupid as I keep stealing your lunch, to paraphrase. At least if you call me smart it wouldn't make you look so bad when you have to run away from the discussion. Just a thought. Ps you miss spelled functionally. (:

Ah yes, I should have looked it up myself. Wasn't something I expected to see in a cigar board. I figured it had something to do with owned, but couldn't figure out what purpose the "p" had. Apparently none.

I personally could care less about the Adroomi, Rugrunner show.... you know the one where they both act like they are in the 2nd grade, turn and smile to declare they won after each comment, while outsiders scratch their head and realize no one won...its pretty silly and I like it.

But I am interested in this delicate investigation. Is it delicate like a petunia (sp?) or delicate like lace or blown glass....

inquireing minds want to know what the crack investigator has found out.

No rounding up when talking about your military service Adroomi. The natives can't stand it unless you tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Anything else on a discount cigar board is unacceptable. God knows no one else here ever stretches the truth so you better start toeing the truth line. No exaggerating allowed got it?

As a person who never lies I cannot tell a lie. The above statement was a figment of my own slightly twisted reality. No statistical findings of males propensity to stretch the truth about sex, fishing, sports and so on and so on and so on was used as evidence in above post. Just years of dealing with and being of the male gender leads me to believe we are all a bunch of lying bastards and prone to stretching the truth. Except me of course! LOL

Again, I never mentioned you or Hockeydad. doomi has. Now be patient. I'm a very patient man. Still has to make you wonder why ol' dooms wont give permission, no? He dodges, spins, and hides behind his troops. You have a Clintonesque leader. You must be proud.

doomi, re: 151

No. You started this. You wouldn't listen when I told you to quit. You wouldn't listen when I told you flat out I did not like you. You kept coming and coming, calling me every name in the book. And now you are reaping the benefits.

You are a liar, a self-grandizing egomaniac, and a putz. You want it to stop? Give permission. But you can't do that can you? You might lose your little followers. A man like you with the self-esteem of a gnat couldn't take that.

In fact this entire board is reaping the benefits.

Where else, but on this forum, for free even, can we watch a man downward spiral into a haze of psychosis, paranoia, and delusion.

How many more days of this, before you finally post:

Geez doomi, are all tech support guys projectionists? Or is it just you? I would think the guy threatening a physically handicapped person is the crazy one. But maybe that's just me. It makes it all the more hypocritical considering your response to the "short bus" comment. And by the way, that's the first time I mentioned a short bus. But I gotta say, it fits you well. You are the King of Projection.

Erk,
The projectionist from the unknown airport Ports Authority that will be running the LCD projector for me tomorrow, as I brief on the retrofit for an upgrade of detection equipment for said airport, I'm assuming will be making about $20 per hour.

I'm potentially looking at a 2% commission on a $4.3 million USD sale.

Are you willing to travel?

No Drathaar,
I must admit. You even posted that I wasn't Adroomie. But that said. You are the one throwing out the accusation. The burden of proof, lies with you. If you have no evidence, then why should Adroomie capitulate????? The burden of proof, is on the plaintiff or prosecution, not the defense. The defense files the motion for discovery, not the plaintiff, or prosecution??? So, with Hockeydad filing the motion for discovery:

I believe the ball is in your court. At least until you present your case.
At least I assume your "Delicate Investigation", is complete, or you would not have made the accusation.

Check the above thread, post #146 where you state.
"Homebrew, I didn't change any subject. I was busy keeping up with doomi and all his incarnations, you, and a few others.

Speaking of which, doomi if you want everyone to believe you don't have an alias or two, five, ten, whatever do this: Give cbid permission to check it out and report their findings. Simple, no?"

Here you accuse me of being Adroomie. You do retract that later in the thread, Post #159
"HB, I'm pretty sure you are not doomi. Yes, there are 2 pictures of me on the forum and I'll be at Cigar Fest. And yes, Rug has posted pictures. But pictures don't prove one does not have an alias. Again, don't worry HB, I don't think you are doomi.

Funny how he vanished, isn't it? Come on doomi, give permission and I'll email cbid with my list of suspects."

So. The motion for discovery has been filed, by Hockeydad. Post #248

Wow these two threads wont die..

I second, Drathaar needs to identify who he believes Adroomi is before CBid steps in. Because lets face it, identifying someone as NOT Adroomi is also a violation of privacy of sorts. :)

18 yrs, 8 months and 16 days active duty.

adroomi, if you don't mind me asking, why would you do almost 14 years and then quit? Once I passed 10, I knew I wouldn't stop until I earned the retirement check. 14 years is a lot of time to waste in order to get nothing in return. I mean, sure, you got the tuition assistance and the GI bill, but that pales in comparison to the money you could have potentially earned in retirement checks, provided you live 20-30 years after retirement.

Example: Let's say I retire right at 20 years. To make the math more simple, we'll leave out pay raises and such. I get $2,000 a month for 20 years, or 240 months. That is $480,000 dollars. If you factor in cost of living raises it is going to be over $700,000 in 20 years.

All you had to do was 6 more. And if you were a commissioned officer, it would be considerably more for you. The job you have now would have been there 6 years later.

How many times are we going to go over the same thing homebrew? This isn't a court of law, as proven on post 211 of the thread you referanced. I'm still waiting for you and your buddies to apologize for that one. But don't worry, I'm not holding my breath.

As for post #146, let me spell it out for you. I said "I was busy keeping up with doomi and all his incarnations, you, and a few others."

doomi and all his incarnations
(doomi + incarnations)

You and a few others
(you + others)

So (doomi + incarnations) + (you + others) = conversation

Where in there do you see me saying you are doomi? That's like Sean Penn claiming to be a victim of McCarthyism! Get a grip.

Personally, I think he ought to just name the names and get it over with before his 15 minutes are up but I understand the complex nature of the investigation and the implications for national security.

"This isn't a court of law, as proven in post 211 of the thread you referenced"
For reference, post 211 is:
Drathaar: "Ok HockeyDad, I'm about to prove you wrong. Get ready:

Remember the Osama bin Laden thread? doomi accused Tuckersdad of being Osama. Tuck denied it and publicaly gave cbid permission to reveal if it was true. Steve checked Tucks account and revealed that Tuck was not Osama. Cbid not only CAN do it, they HAVE done it. Hmmm...I detect an apology is in order.

So doomi, what say you? Man or mouse?"

Referencing this thread is incorrect on many levels;
1) The thread is incorrect, it was MACs who accused Tuck (as has been pointed out before). Do you think MACs is adroomi too now????
2) In this thread MACS/Adroomi stated the handle they thought Tuckersdad was using. So, he/they did what you refuse to do.
3) Tuckersdad VOLUNTEERED to have his privacy violated because he felt strongly about not being associated with this handle. How can Adroomi know whether he wants to be associated with the handles you are accusing him of having, if you don't name them!! Hell... everyone wants to be me.

Ready and waiting to be proven wrong... Oh, how's that apology coming 'long? :)

MACS,
A few reasons.....

I couldn't fly anymore. Uncle Sam decided that I was a risk due to a few injuries.

I no longer felt I wanted to support the mission. I was a task force guy and quite honestly after Somalia, the PI, and a Haitian vacation, among a few other choice runs, I started to disagree with what I was doing, and why.

At 20, I would've earned 50% base pay after retirement. With a medical retirement, I outdid that figure.

I was offered a startup bonus with my previous company that made my head spin.....I'm talking a GOOD figure.

I left the previous company for something even better.

Right now I'm not brushing sand out of my butt.

You're close....stick it out. But realize....by playing your cards right (as I know you will....you know I know that about you) you will do better for yourself financially within 5 years of retirment than you expect, and you'll sit back and say....."man! what the heck did I stay THAT long for?"

Be safe.....and watch those fire hoses....
