Had my son discing some of the back 40, trying to beat the rain, already had to replace a small radiator line 1st thing this a.m. now this, This will really ouch, for you non-farm types, these tires cost at least $600 plus, they are filled with a glycol solution for weight/performance, barely two years old,o yeah they have to come almost thirty miles from Co-Op for service call, yeehaw, we saw that sucker just a week or two ago, my wife is new to such, I was explaining he was holding his antlers a little long, means he's healthy, 6-pointer, not much into trophy hunting/ they are tough and the antlers don't impress me much, can't eat 'em, make for good NDN tools, though. But now me and this one got a personal problem!

If you don't already have a plan for it, I'll trade a few smokes for it. My dog likes to chew on antlers.

seems like you should be able to sue somebody over this... If you were allowed to hunt year round on your own property this prolly wouldn't have happened... Mellow

Well, it runs like a deer...can't you tell by the color? Anxious The deer in the headlight look was his face when he saw the antlers.

You shouldn't need a new tire just because of a puncture, have them boot it, and you should have a tube in it anyway if you are running liquid balast. Another alternative might be to foam the tire if it's going to cost you $600 for a replacement, since that tire looks to be in new shape. You'll never have another flat on that wheel if you foam it.

Id just call deer and have them bring a new bigger tractor. Its all a tax game with a farm. Let the government buy you a new one!

Yes brothers, I'm back. Got a virus right after this happened, kicked my butt.

Hey coop thanks it is a cute little disk, huh. Real story there, married into a family that has around 40-50 acres in a 1/4 share. (Old deal made with my now past Father-in Law and one of his old friends. The son of old friend figured out my Father -in Law had Alzheimer's, the whole family is clueless to farming, etc. etc. The farmer is ripping her off. From 3 large modules of cotton last fall, she only got around 3k, and since I don't work now and it's in my front yard I caught him skipping sprays, now we've got RR Pigweed, he's on my list, and when she goes, he's gone!) My wife only has 5 acres, her brother lives next door on about 5, yet I was the one trying to take care of her parents place (1/3 mile away) ,tractor, woods mower, last one to ride with him in a vehicle, etc. Another brother lives in a garage apt. in the house, he's 50ish, non mechanical, had the 5 ft. Woods mower locked up for this tractor when I bought it from her mother after her dad passed around 3 yrs. ago. The disc, an open blade and bush hog came with, and I paid her to keep the 7-8 acres between my wife and her brother out of farm, so now I have a few acres in truck patch and a turkey, quail, deer, dove, etc. haven right on the edge of a 6-8000 population town. She borders the city limits, I love it!

Yea I'm a little cranked up, but hey, I still got a good ole' boy deal from my old county Co-Op (can't deal with the locals)
He did a 60 mi. round trip, pulled, patched, touched up the others, all for $135, not bad.
Does suck though I can't claim any of it the way the property is set up.

So wheel, I did lurk in between discing and planting the last few days, so it's getting a leetle boring for you here, sending PM

Worked at a tire shop in high school. We loved when the farmers had to come in and order tires. We'd climb inside and roll each other around the parking lot. Even had races and would do a little betting.
