I got the torps. on my first run

Went with the robbies once I received my first order.

I don't like to store or age stix with cello on, I took the cello off my first box and they were quite yellow.

As well as the aroma of the stick itself being quite nice.

I havent lit one up yet, gonna let them sit for a week or so first.

So I ended up trying one of these last night.

Damn tasty smoke, doesn't develop that much and towards the end it got a little flat

but, for $40 bucks its a damn fine smoke!

I smoked one of the real Morado Toros yesterday.
Great smoke I enjoyed it very much. Herfing
Thanks dpnewell for the heads up I will enjoy and savor these smokes.
Fantastic packaging btw... what a cool box with the cedar trays divided for each smoke.

The wrapper is amazingly thin it popped on the first one when it got closer to the band. I hope that isnt a problem with these.
It didnt make it any less enjoyable though.

Yeah thanks dp
I'm still new at this ..... a GOG Carlito 2006 last night was just good/ok, but didn't knock me out. Let me correct that, I smoke a few a week anyway, that big cigar had me drunk. I nubbed 'cause I'm cheap and they're pricey, I guess it was just ok aged tobacco , but it actually got better during that last two to one inch range, slowed down, but got a little hot down at 3/4" (shorter than I usually smoke 'em). Held ash unbelievably long and burn was excellent
So far a candela, and darker sweeter wrappers seem to do better for me.
I hope I like 'em as much as everyone else seems to.
I know from that pic of them I will take one and change that to my avatar, purple is one of my favorite colors. That box with them singled like that is pretty cool.
On the way to airport today ,wife called,I'm on the road to Nashville to pick her up, she is almost boarding and asks should she take this deal they're overbooked, let me know they are fixing to close boarding( she knows I am a seasoned traveler) I said , you off work tomorrow, she said yeah, so I said speak up quick, she bumped off her flight for refund and $300 in Southwest fares, SWEET! I was only about 35-40 minutes away from home, well worth it. Go back to pick her up tomorrow, stop by on the way home and see the Grandkids.

And oh yes the UPS man cometh, tomorrow, and will have me a treat when I get home!hehe

I had forgotten just how insane this thread was. I noticed old friends who are no longer here. Sad. RIP, Bill (Wheelrite).

So, how many '07 Morados do you have left? I'm down to 9. I should have taken my own advice and ordered ten boxes, not just four.
