5V Miami Knuckle 4.5x60

Too big and fat. The flavors that I like so much in the petit corona just don't seem to come through. All quantity, not so much quality. I guess I like the wrapper more than the filler.

Maybe when they offer it in the Mega-Knuckle 4.5x80 size next year, I will like it then.

Think

Oh I tried a fat torp that a guy free rolls at a local in Jackson MS and it tasted like a huge stale cigarette. I was barely into the first 1/3 when I pitched it, and it gave me a headache.

I had the same experience with a Diesel shorty. I love the original unholy cocktail but the 60 ring on the shorty just kills the flavor.

The 5 Vegas Miami is a great smoke, but dont think I would enjoy the 60 ring.

So far.....

Esteban Carreres 211

I may have smoked the cigars that day in the wrong order (Saturday before Easter), but I dont think it would have mattered much, was last one I smoked and think it uses one the certain leaves that I dont care for. If you like the profile, you'd like it.. just so far for April, been my least fave that I've smoked.

Illusione CG4 Maduro

I love the natural, but I was very disappointed with the maduro. Too monotonous, one dimensional, overloading of one flavor.

Tempus maduro falls way short of the great tasting Habano line.

Padron Anny 46 torp. Nothing but white spice. I was excited because of the shape, but I only forced it half way. Don't think I will spend 16.50 on that again.

Worst would have to be a current production Morado Beli. Started to smoke it side by side with an '07 OR Morado that I picked up last week on CI's Weekend Spotlight. Couldn't get past the 1st inch. Nubbed the '07.

El Tri petit corona, which are usually excellent, picked up at B and M a week ago. This one had a foul ammonia taste and burned unevenly. Put it down after about an inch or so. First bad El Tri. Had many, including lancero, PC, corona and robbie, and they are usually outstanding smokes.

i hate to say it but ive smoke 2 of each, the 10 & 12 gauge. both are let downs. guess the rest have to sit and get a better review later. but as it stand they mean all 4 were duds in my opinion.

The 12 gauge is a favorite of mine. Has to be smoked slow but is enjoyable. Let me know if you want to trade for either box. Also, got your package. Thank you mucho.

The new EPC short run is my big miss. I've triedhard to likecEPC and i just dont. None of them.

new least favorite: Graycliff Professionale churchill. That was the worse cigar ever, including Garcia y Vega and El Producto.

Wow, great thread. Has to be a toss up between the Undercrown and the 10 gauge. the 10 gauge had some great potential but I bough a fiver and the first 3 so far have had hands down the worst burn of any cigar I've ever had. Can't keep them lit! Even after dry boxing!

You mean it's not really the #1 cigar of the year as posted by an unbiased publication?

El Gueguense The Wise Man Maduro Huaco - I could have driven a VW Microbus full of stoned hippies through the tunnel in that cigar. Wouldn't stay lit. I could feel the tunnel burning a solid inch or more ahead of the fire. Paid retail too!

Looked at the price online, and they are on better drugs than ope. I'd rather have a 5 pack of Gurkhas cause at least they smoke.

Haven’t really had a terrible smoke this month. I’m gonna call that a good thing. Last crummy smoke I really remember was a victor Sinclair Connecticut yankee. The band has changed from the old ones I had from 10 plus year ago. I honestly used to like them. Even the Gurkha crest I smoked recently was better than that one
