Ok, in the trading world I've always been curious what people think is a fair trade. Often I've wanted to offer a rare tat for another rare tat but didn't know if the comparison is laughable. For example is a frank worth a Pork tenderloin or is a Boris worth a Barclay Rex or east Or west coast worth an outlaw. So if anyone's up for it list as many as you want starting at 1 being the most valuable trade value and so on.
And I figure price has a small amount to do with it since m80 were like 6-7$. But maybe not.

Some sticks I was thinking about was
El Cohete
East
West
Outlaw
Frank
Boris
Other monsters
Noella reserva
Regios reserva
2011 TAA
Pork tenderloin
Pork chop
Little Boris
Anarchy
T110
M80
Black tubo
Red tubo
Black OR
Tattoo
Noella Caudrado

And any others your thinking of. The list can be as short or long as you want.

I used to have a guy by the name of Gallegos who worked for me in the Navy.He had the Harley emblem from shoulder tip to shoulder tip.Said it cost about $1500 to get it done.I've never heard of a more expensive Tat......so I guess that would make it valuable.

Newer Tat lover don't really know about them and Older tat lover gave up hope there's hardly any left at all...

The Noellas Reserva 09 is dang near impossible to get for most people so rewind 3 years before that to 06 and they are almost non-existent, maravilla, Cohete, and Noellas from 06 were all pete's 1st LE releases which IMO make them the rarest/most valuable, not a lot of people will put up an ISO because odds are they are wasting there time...

TJ knows his stuff looking forward to him showing up and gracing us with his knowledge...

But off of Trade Value I'd say the Pork tenderloin is hands down the most sought after Tatuaje when it comes to trade bait? followed by the Brex...

Scary to think about how many of those I've gifted. Had boxes of most on your list. Several boxes of some...

There are many Tat hos that had a lot more than me, but I did jump on the bandwagon early on. Early enough to score boxes of Cohetes, East and West Coast, T110, Porkchops (even had one given to me) and many others... Hell, i could walk in to my local and buy Easties and Westies all day long. I still remember calling Marvin in Hawaii or the guys at Empire begging to get what they had. To me, they were the first limited release cigar that I saw people chase. Hell, people didn't even chase after the Franks when they were first released. At least not to extent that they do now.

The value is completely subjective. Most of the new guys dont even know (or care) about some of his early single store releases. To me, the Tat CG from the jar was probably the most sought after followed by the Frank. Because he now released the blacks in some other sizes, the Frank seems to now be the one that people look for although that has faded as well.

In my opinion, the early reservas and verocu were the best, hands down. None of the monsters ever lived up to the hype. The Dracs and Tubos were the beginning of the end of the hunt for me. I felt that both were pushed out too early and Pete admitted to tripping over his ****** on both of these. Same goes for the 08 Verite line. It just didn't live up to the hype.

Although I dont hunt for them anymore, the only past "rare" Tats I would seek out are the the ones I listed above. Verocu, Noella and Regios Reserva, and the Cohete. I dont know what the blend of the Cohete was based on but it is/was fantastic.

Again, I am no expert on the subject but I did play the game back when Pete was beginning to peddle his wares. It was fun but I'm over it. I will smoke what I have left and enjoy the fond memories of the chase.

I agree 100% with you TJ when it's all said and done the OR Verocu's (Westies/Easties) and Reservas from 06 to 09 along with the Cohete which are pete's OR LEs and are Amazing cigars... I'm with you on the Monsters as well they aren't worth the hunt because when it comes to smoking them they are not anything special or even come close compared to the cigars listed above IMHO I've had the pleasure of smoking them all except the Cohete which I plan on doing once the time is right and once that's done I'll report back... :)

Did not see one of THE most rare listed anywhere here: Tat SW Reserva Maduro.

Pete only made a 50K one time release of these to honor a friend who passed away IIRC. Still have a few although I bought many boxes and split them with brothers here. One fantastic cigar! At lease on par with the Noella and Regios Reservas.

Man, I thought to myself about 6 months ago that all the tat lovers are rediculous and just buying a name because they're LE. I didn't think I'd ever be into them. But other then very few Liga's and tats, I Absolutly love most of them. And you have to chase so hard because they make such small amounts so if you miss out your screwed. Im basically they guy I use to make fun of.

DED, not trying to disagree, as the SW was a very rare release, but I'm pretty sure that the Regios Reserva only had 100 boxes released in total. I also dont think there were 50K of the SW maduro released. I'd guess about a 10th of that actually. But I dont have the figures so I could be completely wrong.

With that being said, The SW Reserva Maduro has the same wrapper as the noella and regios reservas. All top sticks. The reason it isn't one of my top favs is because I gravitate towards smaller sticks.

Edit: Damn I'm good. Just checked and the production numbers for the SW Reserva Maduro were 200 boxes of 25. My math says 5000 cigars... (1/10 of 50K I might add)

Hmmmm, guess I coulda mixed up 50000 with 5000 when reading while drinking. I was a long time ago in a land far away. Thanks for the correction. I musta bought 5% of the total production of that stick. Think

Damn, some high prices there but someone will pay it if they can't find them any more. East and West sold for $9- $10 when released and the RC and Uno are still available by the box at many places.
