Small Batch No. 9 Iowa Whiskey. It's some bourbon hooked up with the band Slipnot.

It is a definite meh. But, the asst manager had pulled it for me, and he's my Blantons connection when they get it in, so what the hell?

We need mixers too. ;)

I've tried 3-4 Iowa whiskey's...…..all let downs to date. Two were Cedar Ridge products, the single malt I still haven't found anything that mixes well with it.

Yeah, the cedar ridge is bad. The Templeton Rye is a pretty good rye. The 10 year is better.

Mississippi river distilling has some great specialty stuff, but they're regular line is "ok".

Don't get sucked in on the Blaum Bros. stuf. They're an Illinois distiller. It's bad. Really bad. Like, give to folks you really don't want to share your bourbon with bad. whip
