Sazerac

Been awhile since I stashed 3 bottles because of difficulty to find, was time to enjoy one of them.

I have a bottle of Michters toasted barrel rye I was thinking about for the occasion but think it might be safer to go wine and hit the good stuff day after maybe

Ol Jonathon over at Maisano's can sure pick em..........I have not had a bad bottle of any of his store picks. The last one was a Yellowstone SB that could've commanded twice the price. All his FR's picks have been excellent IMO

My last two fingers of OWA 107.................probably my favorite wheater. Not as smooth as Weller 12 but 107 is the only wheater I have tried that provides the wheater profile with the perfect burn all the way down.

A big thanks out to Dkeage who sent me this bottle from Wyoming a few years ago..........I milked it as long as I could.

Thanks again Brother

Had a mix of Nicholson 1843 (one part) and Early Times BIB (one part) just for SAG.

Actually was pretty good, the smoothness of the ET sure made the finish sweeter and more complex and still had the bright notes of the 1843.

High West Yippee Ki-Yay

Meh for price, is on the smooth side for a rye which is a change of pace for me. Waited a long time to open this and just looked and found out the discontinued this bottle. I have 1 other bottle of it I've been sitting on but don't think it will get opened soon. Be willing to trade if anyone wanted it.

Old Forrester Rye. Still amazed by this, too bad my regular store hasn't had it in stock for a bit, had to pick it up at a slight markup elsewhere.
