Picked up 3 more bottles of Early Times BIB yesterday.........figured better buy it while they got it.$64 out the door, helluva deal IMO.

Poured a couple fingers when I got in from flatheading this morning, and no that is not a euphemism for spending an evening with Korean hookers. No luck on flatheads but the bourbon was outstanding and warming bout 0400

Russells Reserve - was on sale at the local, for $27 for a 10 year don't think that was a bad deal. Pretty smooth, almost too smooth. Almost.

Wheel Horse bourbon.
Picked it up on a whim for my road trip out west.
So damn good, I grabbed a bottle of the rye.

Izon only 16 bottles availin Oregon it’s considered a “special order” those 16 bottles are in two cities: Bend and Eugene.

Bend is a long drive on bad roads this time of year, and EFF Eugene in their balloon knot.

1792 full proof, barrel picked by a friend. Wow I like this.

I can pick it up for $43. I just finished a BIB select barrel and was not overly impressed and still have one to go.

Is the barrel proof worth the $43 (not a select barrel).

Popped the top on the Wheel Horse Rye.
Exceptional. With the Punch Habana CC from Steve02.
This schitt is toooooooo good.

The Wheel Horse Bourbon can not be beat though.
Definitely a new favorite in the rotation...

Redwood Empire Monarch

I can’t BELIEVE how much the 46 opened up after a couple neck pours and sat for a couple weeks. Sweet cherry bomb.

The RE Monarch is WAY better than the Pipe Dream.

Zrx do you like the 46 considerably better than original? I had just mentioned it while I do like it very well I seem to honestly prefer the original. I tried the cask strength as well and still like the original the best.

The original is too sweet for me with less complexity. Cask strength is a no find round here......for $39.99 I think it’s a fine bottle, though at that price point Rare Breed is my favorite.
