Hey guys and gals. On August 30th at 2pm I'm hosting the Fort Wayne Cigar and Pipe Club. Could be 5 people could be 20. Basically some misfits smoking and drinking. Anyhoo I wanted to invite whoever wants to come from here as well. I plan on having some finger foods and supplying some water and pop. Told people if they want to bring anything that is cool too. BYOB since I don't drink and additional lawn chairs would be a plus. This will be outside and children are welcome as my kids will be present. We have a swingset and if warm enough will blow up the inflatable pool for the kiddies. Feel free to bring yard games too. The only way it'll be cancelled is if it rains or my crappy health gets crappier. Will post reminders as it nears. Lastly, I live in Angola, Indiana.

Thanks and hope all are doing well.

Stopped at the midland shpo today, great selection. Grabbed a holy lance maduro, belle encre reserva, and a jerhico hill to try. Really good prices too. They said you were in the day before. Was up in leelenau peninsula/mission point/ traverse for a few days on the scoot.

Sorry I missed you Steve, we ended up bugging out earlier today. Yeah Kevin's a great guy and I concur on his selection, tried a couple different Jericho's ( loved em ) and the new My Father Connecticut....man are they GOOD!! I smoked the robusto and took home one each corona and toro to try, it's suppose to a regular line extensionIIRC.
While ther I also snagged all my Las Cali's he was holding for me....

Arn, I think we're the only two who periodically look @ this thread anymore. So very few of the MMMers even post much anymore. I sincerely hope that everyone is of good health and doing well. How's things with you Arn?

Thought of ya this weekend Paul. Was in Carmel visiting the IU North Hospital. My Ft. Wayne Neurologist sent me there since they can't figure out anything. Was too short for a visit but if I ever have to go back for multiple days I'll be sure to give a shout.

Josh, First off I'm terribly sorry they're having such difficulty diagnosing what is ailing you my friend. I am at a loss for words and can only offer words of encouragement, don't loose faith Josh. :). And yes please do contact me should you have to return to Indy.

Nov 8th is what I remember as well. I hope we can all make it. It sounds like everyone needs a good herf! Beer

Gotta go pick up walnuts today before Grumpie can start mowing. It is a banner year for nuts and acorns. When I was a kid, we would go apple picking and then stop along the country roads to pick up walnuts on the way back home. Picking them up was fun. Stomping them in the driveway to remove the hulls after they turned black was a different story. Now we just pick them up and chuck them in the woods. Maybe my memory is off a bit, but it seems that everything is happening early this year.fog

I have taken a couple walnuts to the head recently, so I feel your pain. Any permanent damage has been buried beneath all the other brain issues from being a very reckless and silly kid.
