Trinidad Fundadores - these are easily my favorite Cuban. If you are scared off by lanceros, you are really missing out.

Montecristo Media Corona 2-18

Very disappointing. Hard as a rock, maybe a couple of years in the box will get them to act right.

I remember those fondly. Got a cab of them from that famous vendor that went under after all their shipments got seized. Tasty lil buggers.

'16 RyJ Cedros de Luxe, the big LCDH one. The first few weren't so great, but after a few months in the humi, definite improvement. I should snagged a few more boxes when they were on sale.

I'm a fan of the #1's, they were once on sale regularly for a little over 6 bucks, maybe less! Not anymore, SO, I will be smoking those MUCH more SLOWLY! I'm a cheapskate and prefer the "2 buck chuck" style, LMAO!

Those were actually some of the more expensive cigars that I would regularly purchase, although I bought most of mine in or before '14

I think you will find the Quintero very mild but some have good flavors. They are also a morning smoke for me.

You are correct sir! Smoked one of the Quintero this morning, a little darker and fruitier than the PLPC. Very pleasant breakfast stogie. Thank you!

Agreed on not only good, one of my favorites. But also on the price creeping up. I had to wait until the end of the year for Ravi to put them on sale. I shall be good for the next ten years or more now, though. I haven't been smoking much the last 6 months or so. Maybe one or two. I've given more to the new liquor store owner in our new little home town than I've smoked over the last 7-8 months.

Smoked a 2018 BHK 52 back in September for my 35th. Reminded me of Atabey but with more strength and complexity. Was really surprised by that one.

Partagas Short. I just got them and a new can of Vequeros. They came out of operation deep freeze yesterday and put a couple in the tuppador to try. No patience though. Drool I like them.
