P.T. Barnum said there is one born every minute. The price was right, how bad can they be? Silly boy. Smoked three, these things suck. That is all!

Thanks for the reminder to avoid a box buy until you've tasted one or two. Been there...

I enjoyed it a lot. If you don't like Cameroon wrappers, you probably won't like this one either.

I normally enjoy cammie wrappers, but not this one. I've grown particular in my old age...

What a difference 4 months makes. These have settled down nicely. ROTT they were harsh and pure pepper, a one trick pony. Now they're smooth, spicy graham crackers. yum.

Funny, I thought they were severely underestimated. Although I've handed quite a few out I'm almost done with a second box. I prefer the 646

I would put it at the top of your list so they can sit and start getting some good age on them. I am assuming Royal Gold wanted DE to push these out quickly so the cigars didn't rest much at the factory. They are really good now and worth the $65 I paid for the box. Not sure what they go for these days.

I've only had the torpedo in this line, but I liked it pretty well. If I weren't going on a buying hiatus I'd probably pick up some more.

Boo hoo! Boo hoo! Boo hoo!
.....the 6"x52 Toro is a very good smoke. Like MOST cigars I have smoked you need to decello them and let them age in a cedar humidor for at least 6 months. Of the 750 blends I have smoked over the past 6 years I do not recall any that where GREAT out of the cello when compared to what they tasted like after some aging.

Just went through my cooler (which I thought was a 76 qt but found it is a 76 can 40ish qt) and decelloed everything. Hit my hundred count with the same respect. Only cello is on the Opus As. Even took it off BBMFs. Figured I had nothing to prove keeping it on and aging could only make it better. Hard to wait on the aging/resting when you're new
