A 5er of Clermonts usually can be had for about $11, a box of 20 for mid $40's....so yeah, he overpaid. All good though, that's what keeps Cbid going for shrewd bidders.

Dats cause dey reeely reeely MILD...................so mild in fact.................one might say dey are........ AIRBALLZ!

IDK.............Ave Marias just never did it for me.....my palate is not refined enough I suppose...

Given that.........$11 is an overbid imo!

It's understood, you can only perform to the level of your own intelligence.

Also understood this can vary in a public forum.

You can be our "diversity" mascot.

I would think most here consider over bidding to be the case when someone spends more than they would at the mothership. Perhaps I am wrong.

I agree....pretty much the standard.
There's a few exceptions....................for instance...........ya got caught with your pants down, and it's one day before your shipping date, and you've only won a fiver, and there aint shyte on FreeFall........what to do to offest that $6.00 shipping cost for your measly fiver??
Eh......ya buys something good that you've wanted to try, but there's a couple azzhats who want it too........so ya spend a few bucks more than what it goes for on the mothership.
Note.....a few bucks!!

Bidding $37 on a fiver that sells for $28 every day at the mothership......is an overbid, no matter what the circumstance.

But see......not technically an overbid, since they're $115 at the mothership.

An overbid HERE for sure.
I did bid on that very auction......but was blasted out pretty early.......I'm trying to match Palama's record buy.

I bid on the same one and it quickly jumped to 73, which knocked me out very early as well

Good luck with that. They are going for a minimum bid of 77 at another place

Good one. It's doubly effective to show that actual human beings really buy these things, let alone overbid. d'oh!

I threw a bid on the latter at $89.99.

That's not a bad price for those.

Probably won't win it, I'm pretty sure they usually go for closer to $100.

I place bids quite a bit, but I haven't won anything in a very long time, lol.

I just started using cbid this past week. I've been using ci, c.com and others for a couple years. I'm loving cbid right now. Its the best way to buy the sticks I want at value prices. I always played the free shipping game with the other sites, but at least in my first week, the prices ive gotten in the auctions easily more than cover the shipping costs...lovely.

My first impression is that there aren't many great deals on the super-premiums (pricier Tatuajes, Liga Privadas and top-of-the-line Fuentes), but this could just be my miniscule sample size.

To the OP, I haven't seen much overbidding on my lots of interest. Delightfully, I've seen the opposite.
