I'm not sure why you think you merit that level of familiarity. Until! We get to know each other better, it's Mr. Tranny-pants to you.

Spey - they have been up several times with that starting price and I don't think they ever got a bid on it yet.

I'm with you guys on how stupid some people are on these high bids. However last week I almost became one of the idiots you post about. After what now has proven to be one to many I put in a max bid on 2 fivers of Opulence 3 toros for $17 ea (decent price). A day and half later I was checking my bids only to find out I had bid the 17 bucks on singles. After being resesatated in the emergency room I was able to quickly lower my max bid down to $3 ea.

Ya it's not an overbid by purist standards but on here they usually go for $19-28 for a fiver.

I watch the Fausto auctions and this is the highest bid I've ever seen for a fiver of Fausto short churchills.

http://www.cigarbid.com/...short-churchill-5-pack/

Winning bid $25

Why would anyone bid that for a $5.00 stick? I just came here to see if this lot was mentioned and who is MM? Gotta be reselling online or (?), purchases way too much merchandise. Very unusual bidding....

Some dude bid $28 (plus CBID shipping of either $1 or $5.95) for a book CI is selling for $20 right now, in-stock, and the "FALL" freeship code still works:

http://www.cigarsinterna...ar-moments-of-pleasure/

Hurry, guys! For the next 5 hours you can bid $31 and beat him, if you like senselessly overspending! Haha.

I continually wonder what these overbidding people are thinking, until I remember: they're not thinking at all!

Using this site to pay retail or even close just makes no sense. Keep track of other on line sales before you bid. I mean why bid at all if all your gonna do is pay the same as your local B&M..
To each his/her own but be reasonable.

Cigars must be over-taxed or unavailable where they live.
Just consider it entertainment to watch.

Nice, $24 ($28 after shipping) for ONE cigar that probably doesn't taste as good as some of AJ Fernandez's offerings you can get on here for $2-3.

Genius-level decision-making! Put that man in charge of the Federal Reserve right away!
