I have emailed customer service at cigarbid twice about a damaged stick. No response.

We don't have any requests from you Tamapatom. Can you send it again? Please do not include any attachments.

Better yet, why don't you send an email directly to ShanaC or DaMarie Q @ cigarbid.com. That way, you're sure to get to a person who can assist you.

Shana is good people. She calls on me daily to hand deliver my smokes for that day. She usually brings 78 virgins who massage me, buff my finger nails, exfoliate my feet and braid my chest hair.

With exfoliated feet (whatever the f that is), buffed nails and braided chest hair, its no wonder they are still virgins.....as long as she doesn't send over virgin males, they're probably safe

Shana rocks! She is sending out a new stick. They never got my emails since I attached a photo of the damaged cigar. I could have resent that 100 times and never gotten through. Thanks for this thread and Shana. But please, let this be a zombie free zone. I hate zombies. Is it the rotting flesh or the slovenly dress code....not sure.

I think it is absolutely worth the time to call and let CS know that the condition in which the package arrived didn't meet your total satisfaction. (notice I didn't say call and complain, or call and demand a refund)

Calling CS can provide CBID invaluable information and feedback to help them improve their process. And if done well, you can even have them thanking you for the call. Just think of how many people may get 1 damaged cigar(or even just read about it on a public forum, and decide to never order again(but not give CBID the opportunity). By calling and letting them know, you are giving a chance to retain future customers, as well as improving your own overall experience.

I say call em, but who really wants the opinion of the guys on this forum? ? fog

so true. you lose more customers quietly, the screamers seem to stick around after they get what they really want, something for nothing, money off the original agreement, free lunch...

give a company a chance to be good, and it's their choice if they want to be good or not.

Tampontom, they don't look at emails with attachments because some of these perverts send pictures of their stuff.

A few years ago, a single cigar I bought from CI was plugged and unsmokeable. I called CS and the very nice lady said they would send a replacement with my next order, and that I should call the order in and remind them to put in the replacement. Then she asked me to about the humidity in my humidor, and suggested that I rotate the cigars regularly.

I was impressed that they would do that, but didn't request the replacement on any future order. Kinda embarrassed, I guess, to make a fuss about a $5 cigar.

Yes it is. We can issue a refund for that one stick - we do it all the time. Why? Because we do take responsibility for the damage, even if we ask you to hold onto the box so we can do a claim with UPS. Ultimately, we take the responsibility to fix the issue.

So give them a call. You have 54 minutes before the end of the day! Wink

Hurray for Trish!!!!!

Lol I haven't smoked it yet wouldn't know if it's crappy. I have tried the Hawaiian release and that was incredible. Nice try though, Freud.
