Just joined but have been smoking for quite a while and was curious about these. Has anyone had one? I am a fan of
Drew Estate but don't want to fall for any marketing hype.

Thanks for your opinions!

I don't care for them, but I'm not a big Mexican San Andreas wrapper fan.

These are awful. You never want to bid on them or buy a box from a local shpo or any other online source. Damn that SA wrapper.

If these are on sale somewhere or there is a cheap cbid auction definitely tell me so I can uh warn the uhm others. Xtra important to report it to me if the limited IPCPR box pops up anywhere....

Welcome, new guy!
Since you've been smoking for quite a while, you know that it's nice to get other folks opinions, but you just might pass on a cigar you'll like or you'll get some you don't like. If you get a couple and try 'em, you might get a gem or maybe a germ, but you will have made up your own mind.

Anyway, welcome to the madness.

Crowned Heads has Jericho Hill with San Andres wrapper that I really like......never done the Norteno.........it is supposed to be a Willy Herrera creation.......is it hype or heaven? I am curious of others thoughts as well.

I've not tried em, considered it but prefer milder spectrum.

As Tampontom said, CH JH has same type of wrapper. I kinda like those, but not enough to explore more SA wrappers.

Kinda fell out on the Bait Fish and undercrowns as well, which I'd assume is gonna share a wrapper with the Norteño. Not to say anything about the blend or binders. I like the regular Herrera Esteli but only in the Lonsdale and lancero, do not like the larger RG, so I have my doubts that I'll enjoy Willys blending style as a whole, so I'm just gonna stay away from em.

I would definitely recommend trying the Norteno. I've smoked 3 out of a box i bought and have fallen in love with them. I've got a box of the belicoso coming but i love them in Lonsdale.

I was gifted one, it was alright. I would smoke another one if gifted to me, but I have no intentions of buying any.

I suppose if I could get them for $2 - $3 I would probably buy some, but I doubt that's happening.

From what I've seen them go off at, they're inline with the same pricepoint as Fuentes, LFDs, Pepin rolled wares, and cigars from ISOM.

Tough competition at that price point.

Yes, but I've only had the short one. Liked it much better than the Jericho Hill, Tom.

It's funny cause I love maduro but have been steering clear of a lot of Te Mexican San andreas wrappers lately. Connie broadleaf now that is my weakness.
