If you are looking for justice then you need to talk to God. Our courts are more about equal protection under the law and the peaceful resolution of disputes than about justice. fog

But let's be honest.
If the scrutiny were equal to what any other would receive, she'd already be charged.

With that said, I agree completely and we have to move forwards, not dwell on the past.

every candidate opens with fire and brimstone, then when elected comes back to the center somewhat.

He is already softening on several "promises". He will lose as many ardent supporters as he picks up in relieved formerly skeptical fence sitters.

exactly what a lot of people who voted for him knew he was going to do... in this country, if you want to get elected, you divide and conquer... if you want to be a good leader, you then unite...

I'd say most of his votes were anti-establishment. The revolution has started.

The people voted in a crass, narcissistic, douche. If that doesn't tell the establishment politicians on both sides that we're sick of their shit... I'm not sure what else we can do short of throwing boxes of tea into Boston harbor.

And if Trump would like to fulfill promise #1... he can actually start the investigation into Hillary's 'foundation', and put her and Bill behind bars, where they belong.

If he does, and I seriously doubt he will, you can rename this 'Hillary's probing shifts into overdrive'.

Hillary Clinton has offered a couple of private but candid explanations about why she lost her White House bid, telling high-dollar fundraisers Saturday that FBI announcements about a second probe into her emails from her time as secretary of state were too damaging.

Clinton said, "Our analysis is that Comey’s letter raised doubts that were groundless and baseless..." and "stopped our momentum," a DNC fundraising source who was on the call told Fox News.

Clinton made the remark on a roughly 30-minute conference call with Democrats who raised more than $100,000, according to Politico.

The former State Department leader lost in a surprising defeat to Republican nominee Donald Trump -- a first-time candidate who essentially trailed in almost every major poll for the entire campaign.

FBI Director James Comey told Congress in an Oct. 30 letter that the agency was looking at emails found in an unrelated case that could be related to a closed FBI case specifically about the Clinton emails.

Clinton suggested her campaign’s internal poll numbers plunged after the letter but nevertheless rebounded, a person on the Saturday call told Politico.

However, she said the second Comey letter, three days before Election Day, saying that she had essentially been cleared in the unrelated case, awakened Trump voters.

The FBI investigated Clinton using a private email server system while secretary of state. Comey said some of the emails included classified information and that she was “extremely careless” in her action. But he concluded the case in July without recommending criminal charges.

Clinton on Thursday told her campaign staff that she had “stepped in it” by saying half of Trump’s supporters were “deplorables,” according to The New York Times.

She and her campaign essentially defended the remark by saying she regretted saying “half” of the supporters were “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic" people.

Film at 11.... Think Think

And what did we learn..?? It's always somebody else's fault.. We don't have to be accountable for our own actions right..?? Think

I personally feel that she is going to get a pass on the email/server scandal.

Not so much on the foundation investigation. In addition, some of her key staffers are going to need legal representation before it is over with.

So on 60 Minutes Trump pussied out on the "special prosecutor" for putting Clinton in jail.

He even went so far as to say he did not want to hurt the Clinton's because "They are good people".

You see that Drafter? Your President says the Clinton's are good people and don't need to be prosecuted for anything.

Part of what you say is true, but don't recall Trump ever saying that Hillary will not be prosecuted during the interview.

Do I think she will be prosecuted for the email/server screw up? That would be a resounding no.

But you must have forgotten about that little pesky investigation concerning the foundation.

Stay tuned.

At least four congressional investigations into Hillary Clinton’s personal email use and mishandling of classified information are expected to go forward even after the former secretary of state’s election loss last week, Republican lawmakers tell Fox News.

The probes, which cover allegations that Clinton lied to Congress about her email practices in October 2015 and that government records were destroyed, are ongoing and not dependent on the election's outcome, two senior Republican senators said.

"I still don't have the information I need," Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, told Fox News. Johnson said the work of his committee, with jurisdiction over government records and the mishandling of classified information, would be careful not to disrupt President-elect Donald Trump’s priorities.

“I think it’s one of the messages of this election that the public is disgusted when they see double standards, when they think people in high places, high government officials can get away with what ordinary citizens can't,” he said. “So, I just think it’s extremely important to follow this thing through and get all the information. Make it public.”

A spokesperson for Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, said answers, not the political calendar, are driving investigators.

"Senator Grassley has always followed inquiries through to their logical end, until he feels he's received the answers he needs to be able to satisfy the questions he posed on the public's behalf. He performs oversight regardless of which party holds the White House, just as he initiates oversight inquiries irrespective of politics," the spokesperson said.

While the senators have more latitude to conduct committee investigations, there is an expectation on the House side that leadership will set immediate priorities for the new session.

Both the House judiciary and government oversight committees have pending investigations that cover allegations of a quid pro quo between a State Department executive and an FBI official over stripping an email of its classified status in return for coveted slots for the bureau overseas. Congressional sources said lingering questions about the FBI probe into the Clinton Foundation, and pay-to-play allegations, must also be resolved – though FBI Director James Comey sought to close the book on the email case right before the election, after briefly re-opening the matter.

"We still have some questions because [Comey’s] latest letter narrowed the scope of their investigation to the time that she was secretary of state, but we're also interested in what happened before and what happened after that. It's this huge … mess that has to be cleaned up. So we would be remiss if we just dismiss it and moved on," Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, told Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.”

President Obama, among others, used an alias to correspond with Clinton on her personal email which resided on a private, unsecured server.

I never thought of it that way but she needs to do time to many soldiers in Leavenworth for less sever breaches of national security. Including some ( ok only 2 I personally know of ) who saved American lives and deserve a medal for what they did . If she's allowed to escape punishment it sends a bad signal to everyone that there are at least 2 differnt sets of laws . If she wants to avoid the shame of it maybe she can take a note from the defeated Japanese or maybe she gets green lit .
