Spenser Confidential...Mark Wahlberg has something with wheels...this could give John Wick a run for his money. Not a hitman, but a cop with morals. I laughed...a lot and was full on action throughout the movie.

Coming to America 2 .

I can see why the studio never released it, and I can see why Amazon grabbed it to pretend they released it......

The Wonder Years

Mooching off of our son’s Hulu account. Gonz

One of my all-time favorite TV shows. But, the streaming version doesn’t use the Joe C@cker version of “With a Little Help From My Friends”. Instead, it has the UK opening which uses the song sung by a different artist. Wtf!

We used to watch it...not really sure why we stopped...we were like 4 or 5 seasons in too. Have to put that on the board.

I’ve got one season left of “Silicon Valley”. It is hysterical but I’m not sure that many understand it outside of the actual valley.

I’ve got one season left to catch up on “Westwood”.

Ugh, watched part of it last night before I fell asleep. The only thing it has in common with the book is the title.

If you read the book (one of better ones in the Jack Ryan universe in my opinion) you'd be thoroughly disappointed.

Finished watching all 3 seasons of “Ash vs. Evil Dead” I’m a big fan of The Chin and they did an awesome job tying the movie into this. Bruce Campbell was as awesome as always and it’s a shame the series wasn’t picked up for the final season.

Finished watching Bloodlines on Netflix. It was OK. Looking for a new show to lock onto.

Was thinking about Dexter (they are shootings some of the shows in Worcester, MA right now) but I haven't paid the extra $6 for commercial free Hulu. Now that I'm streaming more, I've really become accustomed to not watching commercials. It irritates me when they jump to them now so I might as well dig deep for that extra $6/month.

Correction: seasons 1-8 are on AmazonPrime.

Gave up on Dexter for now, too cotton candy. Prefer something more dark and suspenseful. Will give Bosch a try.

Fell asleep with HBO on the other night. Woke up in the middle of a show I had not heard of. Something like Mare of Eastown. Turns out it was towards the beginning of episode 1 and they played the other 4 or 5 following. Lost a rainy Sunday. I don't know if I would have chosen it but now I'm hooked.

Yeah.

There's so many sub plots that have you reeling in tears from laughing.

Watched most of Bosch. It's OK, I wouldn't not recommend it. I can see how the series is based a set of books. Each season had a different mystery to solve and the underlying mystery of his Mother's death.

One thing that I picked up on that was kind of corny... the guy works 24-7. He ALWAYS had his weapon on his belt on one hip, a cell phone on the other hip, and a couple of magazines for reload on the belt in the back. Nearly EVERY scene no matter what. If he was at work, eating out, or just walking around in public he was was always armed and a tough guy old school cop thing. I get it, that's the character but kinda generic cookie cutter comic book D!ik Tracy type of thing.

In search of another streaming series. Prolly give Queens Gambit a try. Also looking at Ripper Street on Netflix.
