We missed you again this time, we can make an addition to it so that you can join in on the crappy beer and stale cigar pass.

Got the box today...hefty sucker...didn't see any crappy beer or stale cigars. Lots of good stuff and it will take me awhile, at least until tomorrow, to decide between the porters and the stout among the beers, and takes and puts for cigars. Then I'll have to do a beer run to replace the ones I'll take...box should be shipped no later than Friday morning.

Much thanks to the crazy sneaky Hawaiian, Palama. He used the box-pass as an excuse to punch me with a sweet handful of cigars: Graycliff Double Espresso, LP Dirty Rat, Tat Reserva 7th, Tat Reserva Petit Cazadore and RyJ Coronitas en cedro. It kinda feels like Pearl Harbor on my porch...

He also put some aloha in the box for everyone downrange. Thanks Bruddah!

Hold on there Delta! I may be crazy, I may be sneaky and I do live in Hawaii but I did not, repeat, DID NOT, send you that really nice 5er. I don't know who pulled off this duplicity but there are a couple of prime suspects...I won't name any names but I think you can figure out who they might be.... Whistle

You brown noser lmao....much appreciated but not necessary!

As goes for the rest of you this pass is for fun for all that are involved and I am just having fun at seeing the great beers being traded throughout so no need to hit me along the way. Also shipping can get pricey when sending liquids so I wouldn't want anyone to feel this pass was not worth the price of shipping but with this group I am sure nobody cares about a noobs opinion.

GuessI need to explain this..... Back in the day, when Slim and Goody and Rickamaven ruled the boards....( and when BOTLs like USAHog and AndyTV made weekends Really entertaining), when you forwarded a box pass, you smacked the host and the next in line....

Axis of evil?

Doing a box-pass requires some courage and blind faith, especially involving fragiles and liquids, thus deserving of tokens of appreciation. A lot can go wrong, and has...ask the dink wombat...

That's a tradition we all should embrace, dkeage. Thanks for your generosity, and I am fortunate to have followed you in the lineup. Great selection of smokes and I am looking forward to revisit the Graycliff Double Espresso.

Let me explain. My name on on the baggie with the smokes was written with a sharpie like that used by Palama on the other bag, and the handwriting looks just like his handwritten note inside the goodie bag he put in. The "a", "e", "r", "F" and "D" matches his writing style, so when you clarified the Tat Regius Reserva, I smelled "two rats." But, I'm no hand writing expert and maybe you two attended the same penmanship class. This was a surprise bombing, an unexpected sneak attack.

OK, so maybe the WWll analogy is a bit overboard...

Delta as always you manage to send some amazing stuff! I am really looking forward to the box on Monday, I haven't had a beer from big bear I a good while, as it was an old stomping ground of mine. Good job to the sneak bombers, a creative tactic.

Ok that does make more sense to send to Mountainman then Noisytutor. We will go with that plan and figure out the Namadio when it gets up to him as it looks like there is only 1 week in May he will be around to get his mail.

Starting to look like only be gone 30 apr - 15 may. That being said.. that's pretty soon. Maybe ryan > nick > matt or put me on the back end somewheres

Sounds good sorry to be a pain.

BTW, is anyone on here in the virginia beach/norfolk area? I know Pro and a few folks are closer to the quantico/stafford area. I may make it as far north as the A. Smith Bowman distillery on the weekend.....

NoisyTutor, you will be sending to Namadio but he will be out of town until the 15th so if you could hold onto it a little longer I would appreciate it. I would say send it along to FRM but he had to drop out for some personal reasons.

Why doncha see if gonesledn wants a crack at this?

If I had to sit on the box for a couple of weeks, the beer would be drained and the cigars would be a heap of ashes...
