I was just watching a Free Fall on CAO's Dream Team which sells for $29.99 on Cigarsinternational, Cigarbid's sister site. The Free Fall started at $35 and only went down to $28.88 which, granted, is a slightly better price. For newbies to Cigarbid.com, I recommend that you check the regular price for an item on Cigarsinternational lest you jump the gun on a Free Fall and pay more for the same cigar.

You may want to keep watching the item for a lower price.
The price reverts back to the starting price at different intervals.
This time, it reloaded at $28.88, but the next time the price might drop down to $26 before reloading.
You just have to take the time and watch to see how low it will go.
After about 5 or 6 reloads, you will have a better idea of how low the item will go.
Hope that helps ya !

And, if you ever get the urge to bid on Free Fall singles....walk away from the computer and think twice....

- they bill shipping at Free Fall price (ONE DOLLAR EACH), not at Singles shipping price (.25). Ok...the rules may be clear, but who looks first to make sure they aren't getting charged one dollar for every single they win?

You may find yourself well into overbidding territory without even overbidding.

I've heard that the more you pay for a cigar, the better it tastes.......was I wrong?horse

Seriously though.....One of my faves is (was, they are disappearing quickly) the La Herencia Cubana Oscuro Fuerte Salamone.......great price, great construction, and great flav a flav.

Here's another one that wasn't a Free Fall. http://www.cigarbid.com/...e-dominicana-corona-20/ CI has these on clearance for $12.50. This guybid $13. You can bid $16!

Also, thanks for the singles free fall heads up. I didn't know that either.

I don't think I have ever seen a single cigar on the Free Fall Auctions. If you see one, can you let me know?

Good to know that practice was discontinued. Checking back, my last bad singles ff experience was 3 was ago..lot 1509214.

That said, when I whined to CS, Jenna didn't hesitate to return me to 'satisfied customer' status

I stand corrected.
There are singles on Free Fall.

Good eye. Thanks, KotC. Not sure what the price went down to, but at three bucks a pop to ship, I sure hope nobody with daily shipping bought a dozen.
